States Individuals whose permanent address is outisde the U S but row for a U S organization do not have to purchase an International Membership Note When competing at a USRowing hosted event any individual or member of a club not located in the U S will only need a BASIC membership so long as he she is a member of his her country s national governing body of rowing Outreach Membership 10 USRowing offers high school athletes who demonstrate economic need the opportunity to become USRowing Championship Members at the reduced fee of 10 per year To qualify athletes should meet one of the following criteria e Enrolled in the Federal Food Stamp Program e Entered in a National School Free Lunch Program e Meet Federal Poverty Guidelines Applications may be submitted on behalf of qualified individuals directly to USRowing by their member organization with this form The Rowing Outreach Membership cannot be purchased online or submitted individually at this time You can find more about the outreach program by visiting www usrowing org DomesticRowing AmericaRows OutreachMembership aspx Join Renew Becoming a member of USRowing or renewing your existing membership is easily achieved online By visiting www usrowing org join aspx you are able to join or renew as either a Championship or Basic member You will need your USRowing member number and password If you have forgotten your member number you can use the member number lookup
