3. de of the door Step 11 From outside of door locate hole in the rear section of panel Using a 14 drill bit drill hole through plastic fascia Figure H Once rear mounting hole is cleared out secure the rear mount using hardware listed on page 4 The plastic washer will need to go in between the bolt head and door panel with the locking nut on the inside Double check and make sure that all door panel mounting points are tightened Step 12 Check that the door panel fitment and alignment meets expectations Loosening the upper amp lower factory hinge door frame retaining bolts will allow you to adjust fitment if necessary Once desired fitment is achieved remove one bolt at a time and re install with supplied external tooth lock washers Figure Step 13 Locate rubber bump stop and two external tooth lock washers supplied in hardware kit These will be installed on the door latch strike plate Remove one of the screws and place an external tooth lock washer on the bolt and reinstall per factory service manual specifications Repeat for the second screw The bump stop will be installed directly below the upper retaining bolt on the latch striker pin mount Position bump stop so that door latch comes into contact with stop when door is fully closed Figure J Step 14 On front door remove Torx head screw located on the door sill Retain screw to be reused Figure K Step 15 Install front door bump stop with factory hardware r
4. e primer is required to achieve a strong bond Once activated use promptly on all doors before primer dries out Make sure to reference the adhesive primer stick instructions on tube for further information Step 9 Hold lower door panels up to factory 1 2 doors to see positioning of adhesive strips Identify locations on under side amp rear outside of factory plastic fascia that will come in contact with adhesive strips Using supplied adhesive primer stick swab all 3 contact areas on all door plastics to prep for adhesive strip Figure G IMPORTANT Let tape set for at least 24 hrs at room temperature prior to shutting doors hard or driving vehicle Dragonfire Racing Note Not required For strongest bond apply clamps to hold pressure on tape during full cure time of 72 hrs Step 10 After the adhesive primer has dried take the driver side lower door panel remove protective red film from adhesive strips and stick it to the plastic fascia Making sure the holes on the panel align with the installed hardware Press panel firmly against door to compress tape and hold for 30 seconds Secure door panels by installing hardware listed on page 4 The 5 16 bolts with washers will be fastened to the front nut backing plates from step 6 The smaller bolt and metal washer will be used to fasten the door panel to the center J nut installed in step 7 Note all of the above mentioned mounting bolts are to be installed from the insi

6. ical bar and be positioned underneath the horizontal bar Secure with supplied hardware listed on page 4 For the top mount fasten to p clamp with short bolt Secure front mount next to horizontal bar by sliding long bolt through hole in shoulder panel Make sure the plastic washers are placed in between bolt head and panel for each and secure with locking nuts Step 5 Remove all factory hardware securing OEM plastic door fascia to front door frame Set hardware aside it will be re used to re install plastics Step 6 With OEM plastics removed from front door frame locate nut backing plate from hardware Align nut backing plate with two factory holes directly below the front door latch assembly lower front corner Figure E Once alignment is achieved remove red protective tape from adhesive and place nut backing plate on outside of door frame making sure to align with holes in door frame Step 7 Locate supplied J nut from hardware Install J nut in the lower front slotted hole of inner door frame Figure F Rotate to align nut with factory hole above slot Once J nut has been installed accordingly re install all hardware that retains the factory plastic fascia to the door frame that was removed in step 5 4 seat models On the rear door slide the supplied J nuts in both lower slotted holes Figure F 2 Step 8 Repeat steps 2 7 for passenger side door of RZR IMPORTANT Due to the type of plastic used on OEM doors adhesiv
7. on is made as to the products ability to protect the user 13mm Wrench from any injury or death The user assumes that risk The acceptance and or use of this merchandise purchased from DragonFire by the customer hereby shall release DragonFire 15mm Wrench from any and all liability pertaining to the use of such merchandise 17mm Wrench Ya Drill Bit Step 1 Place vehicle on a flat and level surface Place gear selector in park and remove keys from the ignition a Step 2 Open driver door for easy access Using a flat head screwdriver remove c clips retaining door hinge pins for upper amp lower mounts Figure A Remove and replace hinge pins with supplied hardware listed on page 4 We recommend applying thread locker to the bottom of the new bolts The bolts will push down through the hinge mounts and will be secured with the external tooth lock washers and nuts on the bottom side Figure B Slowly add increments of torque until the door has reached the preferred amount of opening and closing resistance Dragonfire Racing Caution Over tightening may cause door to not open freely and fatigue hardware Repeat for rear door on 4 seat models Step 3 Install p clamp around upper tube of rear door frame Make sure that the flat side of clamp faces outward and the bent side faces inward Figure C Step 4 Slide rear shoulder panel in between the door and rear frame Figure D The rear panel will wrap around the vert
