V5 Instruction Manual Features V5 is a flashing rear light that can be mounted on a bike seat post or attached to a backpack or waist band Integrated belt clip Recessed button to prevent accidental operation Acts as reflector when not turned on Splash proof Package Content V5 Light Seatpost Bracket Rubber Shim 2 x AAA Batteries Instruction Manual Illustration THT mle aigi Installation root Installing the Battery The light is powered by 2 x AAA Batteries 1 Open the battery door as shown in the picture 2 Install 2 x AAA batteries at 3 Close the battery door until you hear a CLICK Installing the Light to the Bicycle Install the Seatpost Bracket with the rubber pad in it Seatpost Bracke Slide the light onto the Seatpost Bracket until you hear a CLICK Use your finger to pry out the belt clip to slide the light onto the Seatpost Bracket easily Detaching the Light Detach the light as shown in the picture Installing the Light to Other Places The light can also be installed on your backpack or waist band easily Operation Press the button momentarily to switch between OFF FLASH OFF Modes Warranty VETTA WARRANTS ALL VETTA The Company PRODUCTS AGAINST MANUFACTURER DEFECTS FOR A PERIOD OF 3 YEARS Subject to the following limitations terms and conditions components will be free of manufacturing2. defects in materials and workmanship The 3 year limited warranty is conditioned upon the components being used and operated in normal riding conditions This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear i e battery replacement broken wire rider abuse acts of God improper installation or product alteration This warranty is void if the components were not purchased new from or through an authorized VETTA retailer or dealer Examples of unauthorized dealers are online auction sites or online retailers VETTA at its sole discretion will repair or replace items at its own cost Users are responsible for all freight and shipping charges when returning items for warranty service In USA you must either contact the retailer where the product was originally purchased from or contact VETTA distributor in your country for customer service Outside USA you should contact the local dealer or VETTA distributor in your country for customer service The Company shall not be held responsible for replacing items with new items for greater than the amount of the original item purchase price This limited warranty does provide the original owner with certain legal rights and recourse The original owner may possess other rights or recourse depending on the state or country Please check the web to help answer any question and service manual P N 81 121901 00
