Service Manual PM 200 2 HP Manual Control 900 008 Installation 1 PM 200 Place the shipping carton in the desired location Remove the unit from the shipping carton Cut out a 5 1 2 x 1 3 4 hole in the panel or wall for the unit Insert the umbilical tubing in first and follow with the unit Place the faceplate flush against the panel level and secure the unit with 4 screws Mount the holder bar with holders below the unit faceplate NOTE This unit requires a regulated air and water supply Filters are highly recommended Install optional master valve assemblies with filter and regulator onto the manual shut off valves Pressures are preset at the factory 80 psi air 40 psi water Connect the supply tubings to the appropriate air and water supply lines Final Check air pressure adjust to 80 psi if necessary Adjt istments Check water pressure adjust to 40 psi if necessary Test handpieces for proper function Test syringe for proper pressure and function 800 237 2303 4 503 538 8756 4 503 538 2845 Fax 4 www beaverstatedental com 1 PM 200 peration 1 The handpiece is activated by selecting either the HI or LO toggle switch located on the right side of the faceplate 4 Depress the foot control to activate each handpiece Pressure is shown on the gauge for the handpiece being used 5 Individual handpiece pressure adjustments are located on the flow control block inside the unit Remove the unit to
