Mini Bike for driving is removing the parts from the shipping box When the box has been opened your FireHawk Minibike should resemble the pictures below Carefully remove the plastic and begin the unpacking process fas 1 Remove all loose parts and place in an open area where they are easily accessible and will not be damaged It may be necessary to cut the zip ties to access all loose parts 2 After all loose parts are removed begin assembling the Vehicle 3 If you are missing any parts or require assistance in your assembly process please contact us Toll Free 1 877 855 0196 or visit our website www tpg info com ront Wheel The front wheel MUST be attached before attempting to operate the FireHawk Mimi Bike 1 Locate the front wheel under the front fender Remove the front wheel from underneath the fender and place to the side WARNING The vehicle MUST be supported before attempting to remove the front wheel from the shipping position 2 Remove the nut and washer from one side of the front axle Remove the front axle from the center of the tire 3 Align the pre drilled holes m the wheel with the pre drilled holes in each side of the front forks 4 Slide the front axle through the pre drilled holes in the front fork through the center of the wheel and through the pre drilled holes in the second fork 5 Ensure that the distance the axle is sticking out the same distance on each side of the front for

8. for a minimum 87 octane fuel Add fuel to the tank when needed Do not overfill the tank For filling instructions please reference the engine owner s manual A WARNING Use caution when handling gasoline to avoid injury Always refuel outside in a well ventilated area with the engine turned off Allow the engine to cool before adding fuel Do NOT spill any fuel while fueling and be sure to tighten gas cap when fueling is complete Do NOT smoke or expose flames to gasoline If fuel comes into contact with the skin rinse area immediately hain i Inspect the condition and deflection of the chain Do NOT wash the chain with a high pressure washer gasoline or solvents Clean the chain with hot soapy water and a soft bristled nylon brush To properly lubricate the chain clean as described then spray with an approved chain lubrication 14 Brakes Before each ride always perform a brake test and inspection Ensure that the brake handle moves smoothly and returns to the disengaged position after it has been engaged Check the vehicle for broken or warn cables If the brakes are not functioning properly do NOT operate this vehicle Contact a customer service representative toll free 1 877 855 0196 hrottle Ensure that the throttle returns to the idle position before attempting to operate this vehicle The throttle should turn smoothly when engaged and return to the idle position when released Do NOT attempt to operate this ve
9. g so will give a false air pressure reading Improper tire pressure can cause loss of control resulting in serious injury or death Recommended Tire Pressure Front 14 psi Rear 14 psi This manual is NOT intended to serve as a service manual for the FireHawk Mimi Bike This manual provides instructions for assembly and general operation The FireHawk Mini Bike should only be assembled by persons with the necessary skills to properly read understand and follow mechanical instructions When working on areas of the vehicle away from the engine remove the spark plug to prevent the engine from starting If working on or near the engine avoid the muffler and other hot areas around the engine Use extreme caution when working on an engine that has been in use Engine components will be extremely hot Do NOT attempt to modify or change any of the original equipment on the FireHawk Mini Bike The removal of any parts or components could render the vehicle unsafe or 1n violation of state laws Before each use check all hardware on the vehicle to ensure that it is safe to use Check all connections cables bolts locknuts and other parts prior to use It is not possible to obtain a license for this vehicle This vehicle is only to be used on private property or areas where local laws permit To prevent accidents avoid areas where other recreational vehicles are operating Do not use the FireHawk Mini Bike o
10. hicle if the throttle does not turn smoothly or any cables become damaged top Engine Button The stop engine button is located on the right side of the handlebar directly below the throttle With the engine running push the engine stop button The engine should stop If the engine does not stop please contact a customer service representative toll free 1 877 855 0196 Do NOT attempt to operate this vehicle if the stop engine button is not working teering so O 5 OD The handlebar should turn smoothly from side to side All cables associated with the handlebar should move smoothly along with the handlebar Ensure that no cables will interfere with the move ments of the handlebar 15 Before attempting to start the FireHawk please familiarize yourself with the warnings on the vehicle the warnings in the manual and the controls needed to operate the vehicle If you have any questions regarding warnings or operation please contact our customer service department 1 The driver should be seated on the vehicle with throttle in the idle position If the throttle does not operate smoothly and return to idle do NOT operate the vehicle 2 With the driver seated on the vehicle in a stable condition firmly pull the recoil starter rope 3 If the engine will not start after two or three pulls on the recoil starter rope the engine choke should be engaged according to the specifications in the engine owner s man
11. ks Attach the washer and nut removed in step two to the open end of the axle Tighten the nut on each side of the front axle Please ensure that the axle is sticking out the same distance on each side of the front forks 6 If you experience any problems during the assembly process please contact our customer service center toll free 1 877 855 0196 or visit our website www tpg info com 1 Locate the handlebar The handlebar is placed next to the engine on the right side of the vehicle for shipping purposes IMPORTANT The handlebar must slide through the front fork before being placed 1n the operating position Please see the example below Do NOT install the handlebar before sliding it through the front fork doing so will cause the cables to bind 10 2 Locate the two openings that will hold the handlebar in place 3 Remove the nut and washer from each side of the handlebar bracket The bottom of the handlebar is shown 4 Align the bolts in the bottom of the handlebar bracket with the two openings in the top of the front forks Slide the bolts through the holes attach a washer and a nut on each bolt and tighten When installing the handlebar ensure that the throttle is on the right and the brake is on the left as viewed while sitting on the minibike 1 5 Before attempting to operate this unit please inspect the accelerator and brake to ensure that they are operating properly 6 If you expe

13. n any location without proper permission 8 All persons under 18 years of age must have parental supervision at all times while operating the FireHawk Mini Bike 9 Do NOT operate this vehicle while under the influence of alcohol drugs or any substance that may impair one s ability Operating the vehicle under these circumstances may cause harm to yourself and or others 10 Do NOT attempt to use this vehicle 1f you have no prior experience driving If you have no prior driving experience please take the time to practice and learn basic driving techniques before operation 11 Before each use ALWAYS inspect the vehicle using the guidelines in this manual 12 ALWAYS check the fuel level before starting the FireHawk Mini Bike Do NOT fill the gas tank while the motor is running or still hot While filling the tank avoid enclosed places and open flames The imitation gas tank located directly behind the handlebar is not designed to hold fuel The actual gas tank is located on the engine 13 Tire pressure should be checked before each use Improper tire pressure may cause unstable conditions while operating the FireHawk Mini Bike Please adjust the air pressure in the tires in accordance with the manufacturer s recommendations displayed on the side wall of the tire 14 The FireHawk Mini Bike should NEVER be started unless the throttle is in idle position The driver MUST be seated before attempting to start the vehicle Always
