Achse 16 in Magnettopf einsetzen und Tauchspule einfahren Magnetdeckel aufsetzen und 4 Line Head Schrauben vormontieren ACHTUNG magnetisch gt Klemmgefahr Achse 16 entfernen Bronceb nder der Tauchspule am Verbindungsprint anl ten 5 Magnetdeckel ber Ausrichtlehre 8 ausrichten allenfalls die 4 Line Head Schrauben des Magnet topfes l sen um eine bessere Ausrichtung zu erm glichen und 2 Line Head Schrauben festziehen Ausrichtlehre 8 entfernen und die restlichen 2 Line Head Schrauben anziehen 7 Waagbalken einf hren und ber Ausrichtlehre 3 mit 2 Line Head Schrauben 11 am Chassis fest 9 ziehen Lichtschranke vorsichtig und parallel zum Chassis wieder festschrauben Darauf achten dass das Schlitzblech die Lichtschranke nicht ber hrt Schlitzblech sollte in der Mitte der Lichtschranke sein H ngelager mit 2 Inbus Schrauben und Beilagen am Chassis festziehen 10 Anschlag mit Schlitz Schraube und Unterlagsscheibe lose montieren und Symmetrieschraube mittig einstellen 11 Anschlag fest anschrauben und Einstellung mit Lupe kontrollieren 12 Transportsicherung lose montieren Vertiefung der Transportsicherung nach unten und Aussparung in Richtung Lichtschranke positionieren 13 Achse 16 in Magnettopf einf hren und die drei Schlitz Schrauben der Spule lose einschrauben 14 Spulenprint mittig in der Aussparung des Chassis festhalten und die drei Schlitz Schrauben ber Kreuz anziehen Achse

For balances 12 to 34kg 11 Introduce flexure holder top side 13 B14 with screws inwards over the cylindrical pins 13 on the left side mark out diagonally with bolt 6 and install with Line head screws For balances 40 to 60kg 12 Introduce flexure holder top side 13 B14 with screws outwards over the cylindrical pins 13 on the left side mark out diagonally with bolt 6 and install with Line head screws For balances 40 to 60kg 13 Remove 2 cylindrical pins 13 14 Loose the lower socket screw from the flexure strap and centre the flexure strap with centring bolt 5 trough the upper hole After that fasten the lower socket screw again 15 Insert the washer special from the flexure strap between cross holder and chassis with tweezers install upper socket screw and fasten it 16 Loose again the lower socket srew from the flexure strap and fasten it again 17 Remove fixing bracket 7 loose screws first side cross holder then side chassis 18 Remove alignment jig 14 15 remove afterwards 2 cylindrical pins 19 Screw in again 2 spacer bolts 13 B12 Indication Following procedure must be only implemented by balances in SCS execution and dismantled SCS calibration 20 Fasten loosely from the top the retaining plate with 4 cross head screws and washers 21 Centre incision against the top 6 3 Assembling the weighing cell in the housins s bottom 1 Turn weighing cell up seide down on the top of the centre bolts
