6. anual KEEPING AND USING MILKPAK 1 Make sure the pack is in good condition upon arrival and check date code stamp Contact supplying dairy if any problems with the pack 2 Milkpak contains fresh milk and MUST BE KEPT UNDER REFRIGERATION AT ALL TIMES If dispenser is already full store extra pack in normal refrigerator 3 Ensure proper stock control use oldest pack first FIRST IN FIRST OUT 4 Ensure a constant supply of fresh milk by using up the pack in a reasonable period of time 5 Do not use milk that has been allowed to stand in the dispenser over the weekend 6 Do not allow milk to freeze Adjust thermostat to ensure milk is dispensed between 2 Cand4 C 7 Keep milkpak and drip tray clean at all times A Remember this is whole fresh milk Ensure it stays cool and fresh CHANGING BAG IN BOX MILK Ensure the box is empty Remove box and tube from tap Insert new box Push back operating lever and hold to keep tap open Feed milk delivery tube through slot into correct location release lever to lock Cut off delivery tube flush with lower face of tap body Oo BE CHANGING ILLUMINATED UNITS Changing the light and starter should be done by a qualified person 856018247 5 2006 IMI Cornelius Inc MilkPak Service Manual C Gino 3 CONNECTING TO POWER IMPORTANT UK ONLY The wires in the mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code GREEN and YELLOW EARTH BLUE
