6. 3 L2 1 6 TEMPERATURE CONTROL INSTRUCTION BASIC OPERATION 1 Plug in and turn on the power switch located on the top side of the unit front cover The Display panel will be lighted and make a beep sound The compressor will begin to run 2 The default temperature setting is No 4 The compressor is automatically cycled by the electronic controller PCB 4 The Defrost cycle is automatically controlled by the PCB 5 Set level toward 1 for higher temperature and 8 for lower temperatures 6 Good Air Flow in refrigerator unit is critical Be careful to load product so that it neither presses against the back wall nor reaches within four inches from the evaporator compartment 1 By pushing the up down button you can set the inside temperature level from 1 to 8 2 If you want lower temperature push the Down button to be lighted higher level numbers TURBO COOLIN TEMP INSIDE UNIT 1 Push the TURBO COOLING button the unit will run with full power for certain period of time 2 Push the TURBO COOLING button once again the functiont will cancel quickly 1 It displays inside temperature 2 When the inside temperature is lower than 49 the panel will display 1 0 LL and higher than 64 4 the panel will display HI 11 7 MAIN COMPONENTS 7 1 REPLACING DOORS A Unscrew the screws on top hinge B Take off top hinge 7 2 REFRIGERATOR A Unscrew the screws on EVAP

DUCT D Disassemble EVAP MOTOR E Pull out the EVAP 7 3 MECHANICAL ROOM A Take off the UNIT FRONT COVER B Take off the UNIT SIDE COVER T B LIS me E a x A Unsolerder SUCTION PIPE B and COMP as below B Unsolder CONDENSER and DRAIN PIPE as below C Disassemble the COMPRESSOR D Take apart the CONDENSER MOTOR C Unplug D Remove the display PCB back cover by unscrewing the four screws located on the display PCB back cover l G Screw the display PCB H Tighten the screws located on display PCB back cover 7 6 How to use Display PCB A Push SW1 SW2 button SWI W SW2 B Bar LED display F1 the unit is at the mode of freezer the same time and wait five seconds to set mode C Then push SW1 button SWI one time the unit is at the mode of freezer F2 E Turn off the power after setting the necessiry mode then restart the power 4 D Push SW1 button SWI agian the unit is at the mode of refrigerator R1 7 7 Replace Main PCB A lift the unit front cover as illustrated below B Unscrew the main PCB cover front C Unscrew the the main PCB cover back D Disconnect the connectors G Take apart the main PCB from electrical box H Replace the main PCB with the new one 1 j a

E 1 OE K Assemble the unit front cover 7 8 Replacing cabinet frame heater and or mullion heater A Insert thepoint of type screw driver into the gap B Take apart the frame cover from the frame between the frame and frame cover ee G Uncap connectors of mullion heater H Take apart mullion frame cover from mullion frame
