7. 4 44 Troubleshooting The display does not appear when 1 AC power is not supplied Check the voltage of the main ON OFF is pressed IGX Series only power outlet Check the power cable and replace if necessary Each ON OFF key is shown below Check the FUSE 1A 250V for the IGB or IGX Series Check the TRANS ASSY Check the main board PS 016 b connector XJ2 er Battery voltage is low Check batteries and replace if IGB Series only necessary When using the AC adapter confirm that the adapter voltage is within the range of 3 2 to eVDC The ON OFF key is Using the tester check that the key defective is conducting and replace if necessary The main board is Replace the main board PS 016 defective IGX or PS 018 IGB with a normal one then check Err is displayed when the E2ROM data is garbled Initialize E2ROM all in Test Mode ON OFF key is pressed C6 Span adjustment is required after initialization If recovery is not possible the main board may be defective Replace if necessary Test mode C1 is displayed when Scale data is in initialized Perform span adjustment the ON OFF key is pressed state is displayed after the 1 A D value at Zero point is Remove items from the weighing ON OFF key is pressed and the outside of start range or platter display is checked unstable Check A D value and adjust Perform Test Mode C1 and if the Out of AD initial value value is
