78. schlossen werden Daraus entsteht ein Getriebemo tor der genauso Atex konform ist Andernfalls ist der Getriebemotor nicht Atex konform das Getriebe verliert die Atex Zulassung und Tramec lehnt jede Haftung ab 27 6 0 MESSA IN SERVIZIO Prima della messa in servizio occorre verifi care che l impianto che incorpora il riduttore sia conforme alla Direttiva Macchine 98 37 CE e ad altre eventuali normative di sicurezza vigenti applicabili la posizione di montaggio del riduttore sia quella prevista e riportata in targhetta che il livello di olio del riduttore sia quello previsto e che non vi siano segni di perdite di lubrificante dai tappi e dalle guarnizioni idoneit degli impianti elettrici di alimentazione e comando secondo la EN 60204 1 e che sia verificata la messa a terra secondo la En 50014 durante il servizio il riduttore sia ventilato in modo sufficiente e che non vi siano presenze di fonti significative di radiazioni e o calore dall esterno durante il funzionamento la temperatura dell aria di raffreddamento non deve superare i 40 C i tappi di livello carico scarico e sfiato devono essere tutti liberamente accessibili non si avvertano rumorosit e o vibrazioni anomale tutti i dispositivi e o accessori montati sul riduttore devono essere dotati di certificazione Atex tutti gli eventuali dispositivi attuati per impedire contatti accidentali tra operatori ed organi in movimento siano efficac
