ITALIANO FRANGAIS 10 Inserire nella propria sede il nuovo albero a camme Malossi Portare l albero motore al punto morto superiore servendosi di una chiave a T inserita nel dado centrale del variatore Per verificare l esatta posizione del punto morto superiore bisogna allineare il volano con la tacca presente sul carter Fig 7 Rimontare come in origine la staffa di ritegno albero a camme Fig 11 Montare la ruota fonica ed allineare i riferimenti sulla stessa e la testa Fig 10 Montare la catena sulla corona ed inserirla sull albero a camme in modo da far coincidere i riferimenti con la ruota fonica ed il riferimento sulla testa Durante la verifica di allineamento mantenere in leggera tensione la catena di distribuzione premendo dal foro di passaggio del tendicatena Montare la contro massa di equilibratura centrandola con la vite di fissaggio campana Fig 2 Montare la massa alzavalvola dopo averla preventivamente oliata controllare il corretto to align the flywheel with the notch on the crankcase Fig 7 Reassemble the retaining camshaft bracket camshaft Fig 11 Reassemble the phonic wheel aligning the timing mark with the head Fig 10 Fit the distribution chain on the sprocket and insert iton the camshaft so that the timing marl aligns with the phonic wheel and head timing marks Maintain tension on the distribution chain by pushing on it through the chain tensioner hole during alignment Reassemble the count2. TRUCTIONS Preliminary procedures Clean the entire vehicle thoroughly and the entire engine in particular Engine disassembly Disconnect the battery Disconnect all cables making up the electrical system that goes to the engine and the starter Disassemble the complete exhaust unit Remove the air filter housing Disassemble the fuel system from the cylinder head leaving it connected to the frame Disconnect the rear braking system INSTRUCTIONS DE MONTAGE Op rations pr liminaires Lavez soigneusement tout le v hicule et en particulier tout le moteur Demontage du moteur D branchez la batterie D branchez tous les c bles du circuit lectrique qui sont reli s au moteur et au d marreur D montez tout le groupe d chappement Retirez le bo tier de filtre air D posez le circuit d alimentation de la culasse du moteur mais le laisser branch au chassis D branchez le syst me de frein arri re 1 2 N e Se il freno posteriore a ceppi e tamburo basta togliere il cavo di comando Per sistemi frenanti posteriori idraulici o misti freno stazionamento bisogna togliere la pinza freno completa lasciandola collegata al sistema idraulico del mezzo Svuotare il circuito del liquido di raffreddamento servendosi dei tappi predisposti Dopo aver svuotato completamente il motore dal liquido di raffreddamento bisogna scollegare tutti i manicotti di ingresso ed uscita del liquido di raffreddamento dal mot
5. a Fig 5 Prestare attenzione che la rondella di fine corsa 3 non cada nel basamento del motore Fig 6 Portare l albero motore al punto morto superiore in fase di compressione servendosi di una chiave a T inserita nel dado centrale del variatore Per verificare l esatta posizione del punto morto superiore bisogna allineare il punto presente sul volano con la tacca presente sul carter Fig 7 Ruotare l albero motore facendo coincidere sia il riferimento sul volano Fig 7 che i riferimenti presenti sulla corona dentata e sulla ruota fonica con il riferimento presente sulla testa Togliere la vite a brugola M5 e smontare la contro massa di equilibratura Fig 2 Allentare il dado centrale del tendicatena della distribuzione 4 Fig 8 Togliere il gruppo tendi catena svitando le due viti che lo fissano al cilindro Fig 8 Smontare la corona dentata fissata sull albero a camme e sfilare la catena di distribuzione avendo cura Be careful not to drop the stop ring 3 into the crankcase Fig 6 Bring the crankshaft to top dead centre by inserting a T wrench in the variator central nut To check the exact position of top dead centre you have to align the flywheel with the notch on the crankcase Fig 7 Rotate the crankshaft to align both the flywheel Fig 7 with the notch on the crankcase and the sprocket and phonic wheel with the timing mark on the head Remove the socket head screw M5 and remove the counter balance weight Fi
