5. acciaio consigliabile legare oppure avvolgere l estremit e ilpunto di taglio con del nastro isolante ci limiter la proiezione di schegge d acciaio che potrebbero causare danni o lesioni all operatore gt Nel caso di conduttore passante sganciare il dente di arresto 4 e aprire la testa ruotandola Rif a Fig 3a EI L apertura della testa pu essere effettuata solamente con lama inferiore 3 comple 1 tamente retratta Rif al 2 6 gt Appoggiare la lama inferiore 3 sul conduttore da tagliare richiudere la testa bloccandola col dente di arresto 4 Prima di procedere con l operazione di taglio assicurarsi che il dente di arresto 4 sia perfettamente agganciato una chiusura parziale potrebbe danneggiare la testa 2 3 Accostamento delle lame gt Premere il pulsante di azionamento 5 Rif a Fig 3 per avviare il gruppo motore pompa inizier cos l avvicinamento della lama inferiore 3 al conduttore gt Per ottenere l immediato arresto sia del motore che del movimento della lama rilasciare il pulsante di azionamento Assicurarsi che le lame si trovino esattamente in corrispondenza con il punto di taglio in caso contrario riaprirle seguendo le istruzioni al 2 6 e riposizionarle 2 4 Taglio gt Mantenere l utensile ben saldo e premere il pulsante di azionamento 5 per avviare il motore la lama inferiore avanzer progressivamente fino al completo taglio del conduttore gt Atranciatura avv

42. t 3 1 kg 6 8 Ibs O Cembre 4 BLADE REPLACEMENT Ref to Fig 4 When changing blades the battery must first be removed from the tool ENGLISH After extended use the blades may lose their cutting edge Replace the blades as follows gt Lower blade Release latch 4 and open the tool head Operate tool to advance the lower blade 3 until split pins 13 are visible on the ram 12 than remove the battery from the tool Remove 2 split pins 13 using a drift and remove the lower blade 3 Insert the new blade and re fit by 2 split pins Before closing the tool head release the oil pressure and retract the lower blade otherwise the tool head assembly may hit and damage the lower blade gt Upper blade Release latch 4 and open the tool head Remove the circlip 18 and extract the head pivot 14 enough to release the tool head assembly Remove circlip 22 and pivot pin 21 to release the latch 4 Remove latch spring 17 from the upper blade 16 Unscrew the 4 screws 20 and remove the left hand guide 15 and the right hand guide 16 to release the blade 2 Fit the left and right hand guides to the new blade place the spring 17 into its seat and re fit the latch 4 Fit the blade assembly to the head 19 fully insert the pivot 14 and secure with the circlip 18 5 RETURN TO Cembre FOR OVERHAUL In the case of a breakdown contact your local Agent who will advise you on
