Limiti di funzionamento le unit funzionano correttamente alle temperature esterne comprese tra 43 C in modalit raffreddamento e 5 C in modalit riscaldamento SCARICO della CONDENSA DALL UNIT ESTERNA solo nei modelli pompa di calore re int OBSS f HTT MEN TTT TERT La condensa e il ghiaccio che si formano nell unit esterna durante il funzionamento in riscaldamento pos sono essere eliminate attraverso la pipetta di scarico Installazione fissare la pipetta di scarico nel foro da 25 mm che si trova sul fondo dell unit come mostrato nel disegno a fianco Collegare il tubo per lo scarico della condensa con la pipetta e fare in modo che l acqua finisca in uno scari co adatto www Installazione della dima 1 Con l aiuto di una livella posizionare la dima in modo tale che risulti perfettamente in asse sia verticalmente che orizzontalmente 2 Fissare la dima inizialmente con 5 viti 3 Usare poi altre viti per fissare la dima al muro in modo uniforme su tutta la superficie 4 Forare il muro per il passaggio delle tuba zioni e dei collegamenti elettrici N B Praticare un foro nel muro che sia dalla parte esterna di 5 10 mm piu basso che all interno in modo che la pendenza favorisca il deflusso della condensa LA FORMA DELLA DIMA POTREBBE ESSER DIVERSA DA QUELLA MOSTRATA IN FIGURA interno esterno NOTE Mantenere il tubo di scarico nella parte bassa del
4. m punto fondamentale per la buona riuscita DE dell installazione 1 Mantenere il tubo per la condensa sulla parte bassa del foro nel muro 2 L isolante dei tubi in rame deve avere almeno 6 mm di spessore C Cito SI Verificare che e Gli agganci superiori ed inferiori dell unit interna siano inseriti saldamente sulla dima e unit sia posizionata orizzontalmente Se non installata in bolla potrebbe perdere acqua sul pavimento e Il tubo di scarico abbia la corretta pendenza minimo 3 cm ogni metro di lunghezza e Il tubo di scarico rimanga sulla parte bassa del foro nel muro 4 INSTALLAZIONE DELL UNIT ESTERNA Montare l unit esterna su una parete solida e in modo molto sicuro Attenersi alla procedura descritta e solo in seguito iniziare 1 collegamenti delle tubazioni e dei cavi elettrici e stabilire la posizione idonea sulla parete prevedendo gli spazi necessari per poter effettuare agevolmente eventuali interventi di manutenzione e fissare la staffa alla parete utilizzando dei tasselli adatti al tipo di muro e usare tasselli in quantit maggiore in base al peso che devono sostenere durante il funzionamento la macchina vibra e dovr rima nere installata per anni senza che le viti si allentino 5 COLLEGAMENTO DELLE TUBAZIONI ATTENZIONE utilizzare SOLAMENTE tubi di rame per condizionatori di tipo ACR Come collegare i tubi e Rimuovere la chiusura dei tubi solo al momento

7. foro nel muro o potrebbero esserci delle perdite Collegamento delle tubazioni frigorifere Le tubazioni possono essere orientate nelle 5 direzioni indicate dai numeri 1 2 3 4 5 nella figura a fianco Quando i tubi escono nelle direzioni 1 2 405 si deve tagliare con un cutter la scanalatura predisposta sul lato dell unit interna Girare 1 tubi nella direzione del foro nel muro e unire i tubi di rame il tubo di scarico per la condensa e 1 cavi elettrici con un nastro 1solante mantenendo il tubo di scarico della condensa pi in basso possibile in modo che l acqua possa scorrere liberamente Installazione dell unit interna Far passare le tubazioni unite ai cavi attraverso il foro nel muro e agganciare l unit interna alla parte superiore della dima Sagomare bene i tubi e i cavi Le tubazioni escono a destra 3 Spingere bene la parte inferiore dell unit interna con TE guaina isolante tro la dima frigorifera NOTE isolamento tubazioni e Non piegare o strozzare le tubazioni dell unit interna potenza Evitare curve di raggio inferiore ai 10 cm cavo dei e Non curvare troppe volte lo stesso tratto di tubo segnali dopo 3 volte rischia di strozzarsi e Rimuovere la chiusura dei tubi dell unit interna solo immediatamente prima di effettuare 1 collegamenti 3 SCARICO DELLA CONDENSA DELL UNITA INTERNA Lo scarico della condensa dell unit interna un tubazione frigorifera

10. di effettuare il collegamento si deve assolutamente evita re che entri umidit o sporcizia e Se un tubo viene curvato troppe volte diventa duro non curvarlo pi di 3 volte nello stesso tratto e Svolgere il tubo srotolandolo senza tirare come mostrato in figura CONNESSIONI ALL UNIT INTERNA e Sagomare i tubi di collegamento secondo il tracciato e Togliere la calottina di chiusura dei tubi dell unit interna verificare che all interno non siano rimaste impurit Inserire il bocchettone e praticare la flangia all estre mit del tubo di collegamento e Collegare 1 tubi usando due chiavi CONNESSIONI ALL UNITA ESTERNA Avvitare 1 bocchettoni agli attacchi dell unit esterna con lo stesso serraggio descritto per l unit interna Per evitare perdite porre particolare attenzione ai seguenti punti tubi di collegamento bocchettoni Hd rubinetto del liquido H wo de rubinetto del gas X valvola valvola del gas ee del liquido e dia __ rubinetto tappi di c7 attacco protezione Q5 di servizio rubinetto e Stringere i bocchettoni usando due chiavi e facendo attenzione a non danneggiare i tubi e Se la forza di serraggio insufficiente vi saranno probabilmente delle perdite Anche se la forza eccessiva potranno esserci delle perdite poich facile danneggiare la flangia e Il sistema pi sicuro consiste nel serrare la connessione utilizzando una chiave fissa e
