5. allation wie folgt vorgehen 1 Laut Tabelle Abb 2 ffnungswinkel und Einbaumasse a b a ermitteln bezogen auf Abb 3 Flanschplatte P Abb 11 am Pfeiler befestigen Antrieb auf Flanschplatte P montieren Regulierschraube Abb 4 ganz ffnen mit 3mm Innensechskantschl ssel Die Kolbenstange ganz ausfahren nachdem die Notentriegelung aktiviert wurde Abb 5 6 Bei komplett ausgefahrener Kolbenstange 10mm zur ckfahren Sicherheitsweg und Notentriegelung schliessen Abb 5 7 Flanschplatte F auf die Kolbenstange montieren Abb 11 8 Das Tor in Schliesstellung bringen 9 Den Antrieb in waagrechter Stellung bringen und die Befestigungspunkte der Flanschplatte F am Tor anzeichnen 10 Die Flanschplatte F l sen und den Antrieb auf die Seite schwenken Die Flanschplatte F durch Schrauben oder Schweissen ans Tor befestigen 12 Den Antrieb wieder an die Flanschplatte F montieren und den Elektroanschluss erstellen um die Verlangsamung einstellen zu k nnen 13 Das Tor in Offenstellung bringen 14 Die Regulierschraube ganz schliessen in Richtung drehen Abb 4 und einen Schliessbefehl geben Das Tor muss kurz vor der geschlossenen Stellung stehen bleiben 15 Mit laufendem Antrieb die Regulierschraube Abb 4 in Richtung drehen bis eine gew nschte Geschwindigkeit erreicht ist die das lastige Zuschlagen des Tores verhindert 2 3 4 5
6. au pilier 3 Monter le verin dans la bride P 4 Rel cher la vis de ralentissement fig 4 avec une cl hexagonale de 3mm 5 Extraire totalement la tige apr s avoir deverouill le verin fig 5 6 Manuellement fair rentrer la tige de 10mm maximum et verrouiller le verin fig 5 7 Monter la fourche d ancrage F fig 11 s r la tige 8 Fermer compl tement le ventail en appui sur la but e centrale 9 Mettre au niveau le verin et marquer la position d attaque de la fourche F au ventail 10 Enlever la fourche F de la tige et carter lateralment le verin 11 Fixer la fourche F au vantail avec des vis ou soudure 12 Rejoindre la tige a la fourche F et donner tension au verin pour r gler le ralentissement 13 Donner une impulsion d ouverture 14 Fermer compl tement la vis de ralentissement en tournant vers le fig 4 et donner une commande de fermeture Le vantail doit s arreter avant d arriver sur la but e au sol 15 Relacher la vis de reglage fig 4 vers le jusqu a obtenir une vitesse de ralentissement ad quate b X gt 45mm N 2 Eimbaumasse Siehe Abb 2 Die Verlangsamung ist nur in Schliessrichtung und auf die letzten 30mm des Kolbenhubs ausgelegt davon sind die letzten 10mm Sicherheitsweg das heisst die Verlangsamung muss in den ersten 20mm erfolgen F r eine korrekte Inst
