Applicare tutti i dispositivi di sicurezza fotocellule coste sensibili ecc necessari a proteggere l area da pericoli di impatto schiacciamento convogliamento cesoiamento Tenere in considerazione le normative e le direttive in vigore i criteri della Buona Tecnica l utilizzo l ambiente di installazione la logica di funzionamento del sistema e le forze sviluppate dall automazione Applicare i segnali previsti dalle normative vigenti per individuare le zone pericolose i rischi residui Ogni installazione deve essere identificata in modo visibile secondo quanto prescritto dalla EN13241 1 Successivamente al completamento dell installazione applicare una targa identificativa della porta cancello Questo prodotto non pu essere installato su ante che incorporano delle porte a meno che il motore sia azionabile esclusivamente a porta chiusa Se l automazione installata ad una altezza inferiore a 2 5 m o se accessibile necessario garantire un adeguato grado di protezione delle parti elettriche e meccaniche Installare qualsiasi comando fisso in posizione tale da non causare pericoli e lontano da parti mobili In particolare icomandi a uomo presente devono essere posizionati in vista diretta della parte guidata e a meno che non siano a chiave devono essere installati a una altezza minima di 1 5 m e in modo tale da non essere accessibili al pubblico Applicare almeno un dispositivo di segnalazione luminosa lampeggiante

Perripristinareilcomando motorizzato ruotare lamanopola in senso antiorario ertutta la sua corsa riportare la chiave in posizione di chiusura quindi togliere a chiave e riporla in un luogo sicuro e conosciuto agli interessati 15 VERIFICA DELL INSTALLAZIONE Prima di rendere definitivamente operativa l installazione eseguire scrupolosa mente ed in modo accurato le seguenti fasi Controllare il corretto funzionamento di tutti i dispositivi di sicurezza micro di finecorsa fotocellule coste sensibili ecc e Verificare che la spinta del cancello sia entro i limiti previsti dalle norme vigen ti Verificare il corretto ingranamento cremagliera pignone gioco 2 mm Verificare il corretto posizionamento dei pattini finecorsa di apertura e chiusura ed il loro fissaggio Verificare l operazione di avvio e fermata nel caso di comando manuale Verificare l operazione di avvio e di fermata nel caso di radiocomando a distanza Verificare la logica di funzionamento normale o personalizzata Verificare il corretto funzionamento dello sblocco manuale 16 USO DELL AUTOMAZIONE Poich l automazione pu essere comandata a distanza e non a vista mediante pulsante o telecomando indispensabile controllare frequentemente la perfetta efficienza di tutti i dispositivi di sicurezza ATTENZIONE Per qualsiasi anomalia difunzionamento dei dispositivi di sicurezza intervenire rapidamente avvalendosi di personale qualificato

Si raccomanda di tenere i bambini a debita distanza dal campo d azione dell automazione 17 COMANDO L utilizzo dell automazione consente l apertura e la chiusura del cancello in modo motorizzato l comando pu essere di diverso tipo manuale telecomando con trollo accessi con badge magnetico ecc secondo le necessit e le caratteristiche dell installazione Per i vari sistemi di comando vedere le istruzioni relative Linstallatore si impegna istruire l utilizzatore sull uso corretto dell auto mazione evidenziando le operazioni da effettuare in caso di emergenza 18 RUMOROSITA Il rumore aereo prodotto dal motoriduttore in condizioni normali di utilizzo costante e non supera i 70dB A 19 INCONVENIENTI E RIMEDI 19 1 Funzionamento difettoso dell attuatore Verificare con apposito strumento la presenza di tensione ai capi dell attuatore dopo il comando di apertura o chiusura Seil movimento dell anta contrario a quello che dovrebbe essere invertire i collegamenti di marcia del motore nella centralina 19 2 Funzionamento difettoso degli accessori elettrici Tutti i dispositivi di comando e di sicurezza in caso di guasto possono causare anomalie di funzionamento o blocco dell automazione stessa Se la centralina di comando dotata di autodiagnostica individuare il difetto In caso di guasto opportuno scollegare e ponticellare se necessario uno ad uno tutti i dispositivi di controllo dell automazio
