INNESTARE LA SCHEDA EXPANDER 24V IN ASSENZA DI CORRENTE FUNZIONI PRINCIPALI Pag 9 di 36 FUNZIONAMENTO CON BLACK OUT Se viene collegata una batteria alla centralina con mancanza di tensione di rete la spia di stato batteria si accende segnalando il funzionamento con batteria Il funzionamento del cancello viene garantito fino ad un livello di carica di circa 20V dopo di che subentra una segnalazione data dalla scheda di ricarica al microprocessore che blocca il cancello e fa lampeggiare la spia di stato batteria Al ritorno della tensione di rete la scheda di ricarica inizier a ricaricare la batteria sufficiente premere il telecomando o il pulsante di apertura o il pulsante passo passo per aprire il cancello A cancello aperto dare un comando di chiusura o attendere il tempo di pausa prima della chiusura automatica Il cancello parte in chiusura All arrivo in chiusura vengono ristabilite le funzionalit normali Se non viene collegata una batteria alla centralina non vi sono particolari procedure da seguire Al ritorno della tensione di rete sufficiente premere il telecomando il pulsante di apertura o il pulsante passo passo per aprire il cancello A cancello aperto date un comando di chiusura o attendete il tempo di pausa prima della chiusura automatica ll cancello parte in chiusura All arrivo in chiusura vengono ristabilite le funzionalit normali Durante il riallineamento le sicurezze sono attive TELECOMANDO MOON

IL CANCELLO DEVE MUOVERSI SENZA ATTRITI N B obbligatorio uniformare le caratteristiche del cancello alle norme e leggi vigenti La porta pu essere automatizzata solo se in buono stato e se rispondente alla norma EN 12604 L anta non deve presentare porte pedonali In caso contrario occorrer prendere opportune precauzioni in accordo al punto 5 4 1 della EN12453 ad esempio impedire il movimento del motore quando il portoncino aperto grazie ad un microinterruttore opportunamente collegato in centralina Non bisogna generare punti di intrappolamento ad esempio tra anta aperta del cancello e cancellata Oltre ai finecorsa presenti nell unit necessario che a ciascuna delle due posizioni estreme della corsa sia presente un fermo meccanico fisso che arresti il cancello nel caso di malfunzionamento dei finecorsa A tal fine il fermo meccanico deve essere dimensionato per sopportare la spinta statica del motore pi l energia cinetica del cancello 12 Fig 2 Le colonne del cancello devono avere superiormente delle guide antideragliamento Fig 3 per evitare involontari sganciamenti N B Eliminare fermi meccanici del tipo descritto in figura 3 Non devono essere presenti fermi meccanici al di sopra del cancello perch non sono sufficientemente sicuri CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE Operatori irreversibili per cancelli scorrevoli aventi un peso massimo di 800Kg L irreversibilit di questo operatore fa si che il ca
