Abilitazione SSS SSS abilitato nel men SSS non abilitato nel men Azionamento del Variabile in funzione dei metri di Velocit massima verricello catena ancora da recuperare L abilitazione SSS da men consentita solo se il contatto n 9 del connettore stato collegato al contatto n 3 negativo batteria Prima accensione Se il contametri e il box SSS sono alimentati contemporaneamente possibile verificare l esatto collegamento dei comandi Up Down con una breve accensione del led rosso sul box collegamento OK All accensione lo strumento emetter un suono e dopo il logo MZ Electronic comparir per alcuni secondi la schermata che indica la compatibilit del contametri EV030 con il sistema SSS SSS Secure Sail System Compatible Dopo alcuni secondi si passa alla schermata principale di funzionamento nella parte destra della barra inferiore indicato lo stato di abilitazione del sistema SSS 4 0 mt m 21 0m V 11 6 SSS ON Secure Sail System 3 Rev 04 2012 MZelectronic Ital lano Per abilitare o disabilitare la modalit SSS necessario entrare nel men principale premendo il pulsante Enter per almeno 3 secondi e selezionare il sottomen Sec Sail System Sec Sail System SSS Abilitato SI Riduzione 2 NO Riduzione 3 SI Uscita Se il funzionamento SSS abilitato il recupero dell ancora avviene con una riduzione graduale della velocit del verricello che pa2. da avvolgere 3 se necessario premere il pulsante Enter per sbloccare la tastiera nel caso non sia stato premuto nessun pulsante da qualche secondo 4 Premere contemporaneamente i pulsanti Up e Down fino alla comparsa della schermata che indica l avvio del recupero automatico Secure Sail System 5 Rev 04 2012 MZelectronic Ital iano ATTENZIONE SSS IN FASE DI AVVIO 5 Rilasciare immediatamente i pulsanti alla comparsa della schermata di avvio Da questo momento in poi ogni pressione di uno qualsiasi dei pulsanti viene interpretato come blocco di emergenza ed il recupero viene arrestato istantaneamente 6 Quando la catena stata completamente recuperata il motore viene fermato automaticamente e dopo 3 secondi la misura a display azzerata 7 Con riduzione attivata se l ancora si blocca il sistema rileva la catena in tiro e ferma il motore in modo immediato Se manca pi di un metro di catena da recuperare la lunghezza a display non viene azzerata E necessario sbloccare l ancora e far ripartire il sistema SSS automatico nel caso in cui si abbiano pi di 4m di catena da recuperare altrimenti si pu utilizzare la modalit SSS manuale 8 Sesi vuole utilizzare il funzionamento automatico e si hanno meno di 4m di catena da recuperare necessario calarla affinch rggiunga la lunghezza minima di recupero di 4m ATTENZIONE Stare lontani dal verricello durante il recupero dell ancora in modalit SSS au

ONE E necessario l inserimento di un interruttore magnetotermico o magneto idraulico a monte dell unit SSS con lo scopo di proteggere l impianto in caso di guasto o di malfunzionamento La portata dell interruttore magnetotermico o idraulico deve essere dimensionata sulla base della potenza del motore utilizzato e dell impianto della barca MZ Electronic declina ogni responsabilit sul prodotto SSS in caso di mancato utilizzo di questo tipo di protezione nell impianto ATTENZIONE Fare attenzione a collegare il contametri EV030 alla batteria servizi e l unit SSS alla batteria motore Secure Sail System 2 Rev 04 2012 MZelectronic Ital lano Modalit di funzionamento Nel caso si voglia velocizzare la procedura di recupero possibile disattivare la funzione SSS ed il sistema funziona senza regolazione della velocit In questa modalit si consiglia di attivare l allarme salita vedere manuale EV030 per avere la segnalazione dell imminente totale recupero dell ancora Se la funzione SSS invece stata abilitata l allarme salita viene automaticamente disattivato in quanto il recupero effettuato tramite una regolazione graduale della velocit che consente di completare la manovra in sicurezza con il posizionamento dell ancora nel musone senza colpi Il quadro complessivo delle modalit di funzionamento il seguente Collegamento u Unit di potenza SSS verricello

8. completamento della manovra Quando la catena stata completamente riavvolta il verricello si arresta automaticamente se il pulsante Up non viene rilasciato dopo 4 secondi si azzera automaticamente la misura dei metri a display Se il pulsante viene rilasciato entro 4 secondi comunque possibile azzerare la misura tenendo premuti i pulsanti Up ed Enter contemporaneamente per 3 secondi Se invece la funzione SSS non abilitata il motore del verricello ruota sempre alla massima velocit In questo caso utile impostare l allarme salita che avverte l utilizzatore del quasi completamento della manovra Il sistema funziona cio nel modo standard Recupero SSS in modalit automatica Per avviare la procedura di recupero automatico dell ancora necessario avere una lunghezza residua di catena da recuperare compresa tra 4m e 6m in caso contrario non possibile avviare il recupero automatico dell ancora anche se stato abilitato nel men ATTENZIONE Prima di procedere al recupero automatico dell ancora assicurarsi di aver rilasciato la catena dal fondale marino tramite le normali manovre di disancoraggio Per evitare questi problemi il recupero inibito anche nella condizione in cui si hanno pi di 6m di catena da recuperare La procedura da seguire quindi la seguente 1 disincagliare la catena dal fondale marino 2 se necessario recuperare sufficiente catena in modo da non avere pi di 6m di lunghezza
