Do not allow the snow liquid to become contaminated Always replace the caps on the snow liquid con tainer and the snow machine liquid tank immediately after filling Cleaning your snow machine regularly can help you to reduce the frequency of parts replacement and the cost of maintenance After every 40 hours of continuous operation it is recommended to use distilled water to clean the heater as per follow ing steps The recommended cleaning regimen is as follows 1 Fill proper distilled water into a clean tank and connect the fluid tube of the snow machine to the tank 2 Run the unit in a well ventilated area until the tank is almost empty 3 Use dry cloth to wipe the snow machine Cleaning is now complete 4 Refill with snow liquid Run the machine briefly to clear any remaining liquid from the pump and heater NOTE All snow machines are prone to clogging due to the thick consistency of snow liquid and the high temperature at which it vaporizes However a properly maintained snow machine should provide years of reliable use Clean with a dry cloth only Store dry If the snow machine is not in use please clean it before storage Store the snow machine in a dry and cool place At least operate the snow machine once a month A test run consisits of warming up the machine followed by a few minutes of snow emission 3 2 FUSE REPLACEMENT 1 Disconnect this product from the power outlet 2 Using a screwdriver unscrew the fuse holde

13. 2 DMX 3 DMX 12 LIQUID LEVEL 6 PHYRO 1200SNOW 2 FUNCTIONS AND SETTINGS 2 1 BASIC 1 5 Remove all packing materials from shipping box Check that all foam and plastic padding is removed especially in the nozzle area Place snow machine on a flat surface and remove snow liquid tank cap Pour the Prolights liquid in the tank without exceeding the maximum level to prevent overflow Col lect immediately with a dry cloth to prevent that any liquid enters into the machine The unit is not protected against splashing water If liquid does get inside do not operate the machine but refer for a control to the nearest authorized service center The machine only works with Prolights liquid SNOWFLUID series Any other types of fluid can damage the unit During the filling operation the machine must not be connected to the electricity grid First disconnect the plug from the socket Always replace the tank Check that the suction hose reaches the bottom of the tank AVOID THE UNIT REMAINS WITHOUT THE SNOW LIQUID THE PUMP COULD BE DAMAGED NOTE All snow machines develop condensation around the output nozzle Because this may result in some moisture accumulation on the surface below the output nozzle consider this condensation when in stalling your unit All snow machines may sputter small amounts of snow occasionally during operation and for a minute or so after being turned off All snow machines have a recyc
