5. 5 1 Modalit automatica AUTO e Quando il controller sta funzionando in modalit automatica il led rosso AUTO acceso mentre gli altri due led rossi sono spenti Quando il controller viene acceso o in seguito ad un autoreset il controller entra nel modo di funzionamento auto matico Drive e I segnali provenienti dal quadro di manovra e dai dispositivi esterni barriere fotocellule ecc sono attivi e I tasti 2 e 3 di apertura e chiusura rispettivamente non sono attivi e quindi non eseguono alcuna funzione e Con il tasto 1 possibile fare eseguire al sistema un ciclo di autoapprendimento e Se si preme per qualche istante circa 3 sec il tasto 4 si passa in modalit manuale 5 2 Modalit manuale MAN e Quando il controller sta funzionando in modalit manuale il led rosso MAN acceso mentre gli altri due led rossi sono spenti e I segnali provenienti dal quadro di manovra e dai dispositivi esterni sono ignorati e Il contatto IM disattivato quindi il controller non rileva segnali da dispositivi esterni per l inversione di moto quali barriere o fotocellule e L apertura e la chiusura sono comandate manualmente tramite i tasti 2 apertura e 3 chiusura e Con il tasto 1 posso fare eseguire al sistema un autoapprendimento e Se si preme per qualche istante circa 3 sec il tasto 4 si passa in modalit automatica AUTO e Se nessun tasto viene premuto per 10 minut

9. 4 Se entrambi i collegamenti motore e segnali di retroazione risultano invertiti la porta apre su segnale di chiusura e chiude su segnale di apertura L operatore cablato e collaudato in fabbrica occorre prestare particolare attenzione nel caso di sostituzione del motore e o dei cablaggi SEMATIC All rights reserved E 2 2 5 3 5 8 8 E 5 8 8 2 8 o 22 LIFT DOORS 808 000 000 505 rel 3 Edition 18 December 2009 7 OPERAZIONI PRELIMINARI ALLA MESSA IN FUNZIONE Per evitare danneggiamenti prima di accendere il controller verificare che la tensione di alimentazione sia contenuta entro i valori previsti Prima di mettere in funzione l impianto occorre effettuare un ciclo di autoapprendimento e impostare i parametri secon do le opzioni generali descritte nel 8 6 che caratterizzano l installazione 7 1 Ciclo di Autoapprendimento Il ciclo di autoapprendimento consente al controller di memorizzare la corsa tra il limite di chiusura e il limite di aper tura Detto ciclo pu essere attivato solo manualmente e deve essere effettuato sotto la diretta supervisione del manu tentore affinch verifichi che avvenga correttamente cio che il controller memorizzi dei dati corretti Il ciclo di autoap prendimento indicato dalla visualizzazione SL sul display presente sul controller Importante e Durante l autoapprendimento porre attenzione che i pannelli delle porte scorrano liberamente

Attenzione l impostazione di default Sematic sensibilit inversione di moto ridotta parametro 19 1 La modi fica di questo parametro a discrezione dell utente a seconda di accurate considerazioni e della normativa vigen te nel paese in cui l impianto installato Al termine del primo ciclo di chiusura il quadro di manovra puo riportare la cabina al piano di accesso dei Vigili del Fuoco se gi non vi si trova Il controller Sematic Drive System agisce solo in dipendenza dei segnali provenienti dal quadro di manovra Anche durante la fase di apertura possibile invertire il movimento rimuovendo il segnale Ka e attivando il segnale Kc Il Quadro di Manovra deve costantemente rilevare la pressione continua dei pulsanti in cabina porta aperta e chiama ta al piano effettuata dal Vigile del Fuoco che controlla l impianto Durante un ciclo di chiusura il rilascio del pulsante di chiamata al piano deve determinare il rilascio del segnale Kc e l inserimento del segnale Ka oltre alla cancellazione della chiamata Durante un ciclo di apertura il rilascio del pulsante di apertura porta deve determinare il rilascio del segnale Ka e l in serimento del segnale Kc AI termine della corsa di chiusura o di apertura rilevabile tramite rispettivamente i segnali Lc e La il quadro di manovra pu rilevare il rilascio del pulsante di chiamata al piano o di apri porta senza inserire il segnale Ka e Kc rispettivamente il controller atte
