5. risation Soldilite V de la firme SHOFU Dental GmbH dont nous recommandons l utilisation Le mode d emploi de l appareil doit tre respect Le plateau tournant au sein de la chambre d exposition de cet appareil est r glable en hauteur Pour la polym risation de la plaque cit e le plateau tournant doit conform ment au mode d emploi de l appareil de photopolym risation Solidite V tre plac tout en haut La polym risation de l Orthocryl LC est r alis e dans cet appareil de photopolym risation avec une longueur d onde de 400 550 nm et une intensit lumineuse de 4 x 150 Watt 600 Watt Le temps de polym risation est de 3 min pour un maxillaire unique et de 6 min pour un appareillage bi maxillaire fig 9 Ensuite l appareillage est d pos avec pr caution du mod le fig 10 et une nouvelle fois expos durant Iminute ou 3 minutes selon son type avec la surface basale tourn e vers le haut La couche de dispersion pr sente sur l appareillage termin et qui est due a l oxyg ne ambiant doit tre limin e voir point 7 7 Elimination de la couche d inhibition La couche d inhibition due l oxyg ne couche poisseuse doit tre totalement limin e Pour cela du produit de nettoyage Orthocryl LC REF 160 430 00 REF 160 431 00 est vers sur un chiffon et utilis pour liminer cette couche Attention Pour exclure tout risque pour le patient il faut prendre soin d liminer totalement la couche d inhib
