1. 10 ALTO Lea el manual de operaci n antes de operar sta m quina Omisi n de leer el instructivo de seguridad y operaci n pueda resultar en lesi n per sonal o dano a la propiedad Conecte la manguera del suministro de agua al conector de entrada y abra la llave de paso Revise los niveles de aceite y combustible Conecte la manguera de alta presi n al niple de descarga deslizando el acople r pido hacia atr s si se va a utilizar algun detergentes instale el inyector apropiado para detergentes como se muestra en la pagina E Inserte el cople rapido al niple de descarga y as gurelo empujando el collar del conector rapido hacia adelante Instale firmemente la boquilla de alta presi n que desee a la varilla de aspersi n como se describe en los pasos 4 y 5 Conecte el cable el ctrico a la fuente de poder apropiado y oprima el bot n de encendido del cable el ctrico GFCI Sujete firmemente la varilla de aspersi n y abra la v lvula de presi n en sentido inverso a las manecillas del reloj Oprima el switch en posici n de la bomba hidr ulica cuando obtenga un flujo cont nuo de agua por la varilla de aspersi n La unidad se encuentra lista para utilizar agua fr a para limpieza al abrir la v lvula de presi n en sentido de las manecillas de reloj para alcanzar la presi n deseada Para utilizar agua caliente oprima el switch en posici n del quemador El quemador se e

26. d maintenance Normal precautions should be taken by the operator of the machine to pre vent excess moisture from reaching the power unit or electrical controls REV 2 04 HOT SERIES PRESSURE WASHER orERATOR S MANUAL 7 It is recommended that a partition be made between the wash area and the machine to prevent direct water spray from coming in contact with the machine Excess moisture reaching any electrical components or controls will reduce machine life and may cause electrical shorts During installation of the machine beware of poorly ven tilated locations or areas where exhaust fans may cause an insufficient supply of oxygen Sufficient combustion can only be obtained when there is a sufficient supply of oxygen available for the amount of fuel being burned If it is necessary to install a machine in a poorly ventilated area outside fresh air may have to be piped to the burner and a fan installed bringing the air into the machine WARNING Avoid small areas or areas near exhaust fans Electrical The machine when installed must be electrically grounded in accordance to local codes Check for proper power supply using a volt meter The HOT2 1100 HOT2 1500 and HOT3 1100 each require a 20 amp re ceptacle to comply to the UL 1776 Standard Placement Do not locate near any combustible material Keep all flammable material at least 20 feet away Allow enough space for servicing the machine Local code will require cert
