Power Port After installing the battery pack open the access door and plug in a 12 V Automotive or 5 V USB powered appliance If the appliance draws more than the rated output of the outlet the power port will shut off to protect the battery pack To restart the power port remove and reinstall the battery pack Use only appliances rated within the output specifications for the port WARNING To reduce the risk of injury always unplug the charger and remove the battery pack from the charger or power port before performing any maintenance Never disassemble the power port battery pack or charger Contact a MILWAUKEE service facil ity for ALL repairs Maintaining Tool Keep your power port battery pack and charger in good repair by adopting a regular maintenance program After six months to one year depending on use return the power port battery pack and charger to a MILWAUKEE service facility for Electrical inspection Testing to assure proper mechanical and electrical operation If the power port does not start or operate at full power with a fully charged battery pack clean the contacts on the battery pack If the power port still does not work properly return the power port charger and battery pack to a MILWAUKEE service facility for repairs WARNING To reduce the risk of per sonal injury and damage never immerse your tool battery pack or charger in liquid or allow a liquid to flow inside
