Espa ol ouedsy PUESTA A PUNTO A FINAL DE TEMPORADA Para evitar da os en la bomba es indispensable lavarla esmeradamente despu s de usarla No dejar jam s soluciones de fitof rmaco o herbicida en el interior de la bombo si quedan en reposo por falta de agitaci n ciertos productos escasamente solu bles en agua pueden depositarse y atascar las v lvulas de aspiraci n y env o los grupos de mando etc Las operaciones indicadas m s arriba forman parte asimismo del mantenimiento ordinario al final del trabajo Recordar que los productos en gran medida corro sivos resultan m s agresivos si quedan depositados en la bomba que si van movi ndose y circulando constantemente Si los equipos se colocan y guardan en locales donde la temperatura pueda descender por debajo de cero grados para evitar la congelaci n de los l quidos se aconseja 1 Vaciar la bomba a trav s del tap n de desag e del que dispone la mayor parte de las bombas Annovi Reverberi 2 Mezclar un liquido anticongelante con agua limpia para el lavado de manera que queden protegidos no s lo la bomba sino todos los componentes que entren en contacto con el liquido como por ejemplo grupo de mando portapulverizadores y filtros con vol menes internos muy peque os y por tanto sujetos a mayor riesgo Mezclar el producto anticongelaci n con agua siguiendo las instrucciones que figuran en la etiqueta del producto

14. be performed only with the motor of the tractor off a low gear engaged and the parking brake inserted rev 03 04 2009 36 MACHINE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE Since the sprayer is always in contact with chemical products BE SURE TO USE ALWAYS APPROPRIATE GLOVES PROTECTIVE CLOTHING AND GOGGLES to avoid burns or injuries when doing any work on the machine 1 After any treatment has been completed the sprayer has to be appropriately washed and rinsed inside When doing this operation be sure of not polluting the environment with the water used for washing The tank needs to be rinsed inside also when it is necessary to change the type of chemical to be sprayed At the end of the working season the machine has to be cleaned throughout and any part has to be checked accurately to verify the need of any repair or maintenance In areas where the winter may be cold be sure that all the parts of the sprayer are completely dry to prevent the risk that ice could damage some components particularly the pump and the valves To dry out the hoses blow air with a compressor until all the liquid has gone out It may be advisable to run some anti freeze in the pump and then drain it out At the end of the working season toughly inspect the machine and make all the necessary repairs and maintenance operations At the beginning of the new season double check again the need of any repair particularly if everything is tight and there ar
