Espa ol ouedsy PUESTA A PUNTO A FINAL DE TEMPORADA Para evitar da os en la bomba es indispensable lavarla esmeradamente despu s de usarla No dejar jam s soluciones de fitof rmaco o herbicida en el interior de la bombo si quedan en reposo por falta de agitaci n ciertos productos escasamente solu bles en agua pueden depositarse y atascar las v lvulas de aspiraci n y env o los grupos de mando etc Las operaciones indicadas m s arriba forman parte asimismo del mantenimiento ordinario al final del trabajo Recordar que los productos en gran medida corro sivos resultan m s agresivos si quedan depositados en la bomba que si van movi ndose y circulando constantemente Si los equipos se colocan y guardan en locales donde la temperatura pueda descender por debajo de cero grados para evitar la congelaci n de los l quidos se aconseja 1 Vaciar la bomba a trav s del tap n de desag e del que dispone la mayor parte de las bombas Annovi Reverberi 2 Mezclar un liquido anticongelante con agua limpia para el lavado de manera que queden protegidos no s lo la bomba sino todos los componentes que entren en contacto con el liquido como por ejemplo grupo de mando portapulverizadores y filtros con vol menes internos muy peque os y por tanto sujetos a mayor riesgo Mezclar el producto anticongelaci n con agua siguiendo las instrucciones que figuran en la etiqueta del producto2. 46 rev 03 04 2009 2 WELCOME Dear customer we like to thank you for the purchase of this machine We welcome you among our clients and are confident that this product will give you many years of reliable use and will fulfill your needs This Use and Maintenance manual applies to all versions of the trailed sprayers Remember that any machine can work well and profitably only if it is used correctly and kept in efficient working conditions So please read this instructions manual carefully and check with it whenever difficulties arise Should you need any assistance our technical department is at your disposal with information and service We remind you that as manufacturer we have the right to change at any time any part detail or accessory of the machine either in order to improve it or for marketing necessities However the changes made will not affect the main technical features of operation and safety The symbols given below are safety warnings and indicate that the instructions must be followed in order to avoid harms and or damages to persons animals and environment Failure to comply with the instructions may cause personal injury and in some cases even death Attached to this manual you will find also the operator s instructions of engine pump pressure regulator valve drive shaft etc made by other manufactures as well as the breakdown and list of parts of the machine you purchas

8. leaks etc This is very important for the safety of the operator and the environment It is absolutely forbidden to use hoses fixed with straps as they could easily blow out Use only hoses with self locking or threaded connectors The lack of respecting these rules could cause severe damages and or injures Before starting any work it is advisable to test the unit with clean water in order to get used to it and to the handgun and for making the fine tuning rev 03 04 2009 28 INSTRUCTION OF USE OF THE SPRAYER 1 2 3 Position the regulator valve in by pass position and close all levers manifold handgun and or other accessories Be sure that the machine is horizontal If the chemical mix has not been already prepared in advance fill the tank with some clear water and then add the chemical Then fill the rest of the tank with clear water up to approximately 3 cm 1 in to the bottom of the strainer basket Start the tractor being sure that the hand brake is pulled and PTO disengaged Engage slowly the PTO Increase the speed of the motor until it reaches 540 R P M at the PTO Set the lever of the regulator valve on work position and check on the gauge that the pressure would not be too high Open the lever of the nozzles or of the handgun and adjust gradually the pressure until you reach the one you desire To stop the treatment first set the lever on by pass position and then close the levers of t

AR 1203 REGULADOR AR BY MATIC 50 ouedsy empalmar un tubo al portagomas de la misma y conectarlo a la cisterna Este componente patentado por Annovi Reverberi entra en funcio namiento en caso de exceso de presi n la v lvula se abre y el l quido vuelve a la cisterna Para rearmar la v lvula hay que apretar el pulsador ver fig 1 C La bomba ha de poder trabajar en condiciones pti mas Para lograr un buen rendimiento de la bomba usar un tubo de aspiraci n de di metro no inferior al del racor de entrada El caudal se mide en l min litros por minuto y est relacionado con la velocidad a la que el fluido pasa a trav s de una secci n de tubo que se mide en m s metros por segundo Obviamente un caudal de un cierto n mero de min pasar a trav s de un tubo grande a una velo cidad menor que por un Fig 1 tubo de di metro infe rior dicho de otro modo la velocidad aumenta a medida que disminuye el di metro interno del tubo Una velocidad demasiado alta provoca p rdidas de carga en el conducto de aspiraci n Si estas p rdidas son elevadas se puede producir un funcionamiento en cavitaci n de la bomba Este fen meno ocasiona un funcionamiento incorrecto ruidos y acorta la vida til de los componentes hasta llegar a provocar rotu ras precoces Para comprobar que el di metro del conducto de aspiraci n en el punto de entrada de la bomba es el correcto se puede efectuar una prueba m

14. be performed only with the motor of the tractor off a low gear engaged and the parking brake inserted rev 03 04 2009 36 MACHINE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE Since the sprayer is always in contact with chemical products BE SURE TO USE ALWAYS APPROPRIATE GLOVES PROTECTIVE CLOTHING AND GOGGLES to avoid burns or injuries when doing any work on the machine 1 After any treatment has been completed the sprayer has to be appropriately washed and rinsed inside When doing this operation be sure of not polluting the environment with the water used for washing The tank needs to be rinsed inside also when it is necessary to change the type of chemical to be sprayed At the end of the working season the machine has to be cleaned throughout and any part has to be checked accurately to verify the need of any repair or maintenance In areas where the winter may be cold be sure that all the parts of the sprayer are completely dry to prevent the risk that ice could damage some components particularly the pump and the valves To dry out the hoses blow air with a compressor until all the liquid has gone out It may be advisable to run some anti freeze in the pump and then drain it out At the end of the working season toughly inspect the machine and make all the necessary repairs and maintenance operations At the beginning of the new season double check again the need of any repair particularly if everything is tight and there ar

16. como de env o se hallen en buenas condiciones Asegurarse de que el tubo de descarga by pass de la v lvula de regulaci n de presi n y los agitadores no se encuentren en las inmediaciones del tubo de aspiraci n cerciorarse asimismo de que no provoquen turbulencias en el interior de la cisterna en la zona de la aspiraci n Controlar que la presi n del aire en el acumulador c mara de aire sea de 1 10 con respecto a la pre si n de trabajo as por ejemplo a 50 bar de presi n de trabajo deber n corresponder 5 bar de presi n en el acumulador Cerciorarse de que la bomba trabaje a una velocidad de rotaci n comprendida entre las 400 y las 550 r p m CARDAN Se sabe que cuando un eje card n trabaja con ngu los de inclinaci n diferentes en las dos articulaciones presenta irregularidades en la transmisi n del movi miento Esta irregularidad desaparece cuando la diferencia entre dichos ngulos es nula por lo tanto 1 2 Para efectuar una correcta valoraci n acerca del tipo de transmisi n card n y su uso atenerse siempre a las indicaciones de los fabricantes de las propias trans misiones De todas formas se pueden distinguir dos casos generales 1 la transmisi n se usa solamente para poner en movimiento la bomba 1 1 se pueden admitir diferencias entre los dos ngu los de trabajo y en consecuencia cierta irregu laridad en la transmisi n del movimiento seg n se alan los
