See Section 2 1 e Slide grip cap toward the rear of the airgun Fig 3 e Pour no more than 200 BBs into the reservoir hole Never put pellets in the reservoir hole because they will jam the reservoir e Close grip cap e Pull the BB follower stem back and latch in the notch Fig 4 e Point the barrel straight down e With a hand twisting motion shake and twist the air gun See Fig 4 to fill the visual magazine e Take BB follower stem out of notch and release it to hold BBs in visual magazine e Cock the bolt by pulling it all the way back The magnetic bolt will pick up a BB e Push the bolt all the way forward slowly and you will see the BB move through the port Fig 5 The BB is now in a position to be fired out of the barrel Fig 2 HAND TWISTING MOTION Fig 4 BB FOLLOWER LOADING PORT 4 2 Unloading Firing the BBs e The most common way to unload BBs is to fire your airgun in a SAFE DIRECTION after following Section 6 on aiming and firing safely e With the air gun On Safe See Section 2 1 pump the air gun three times See Section 3 and cock the bolt by pulling it all the way back and pushing it forward e Take the air gun Off Safe See Section 2 2 point the air gun in a SAFE DIRECTION and pull the trigger to fire e Put the air gun On Safe See Section 2 1 e Pull the BB follower stem back and latch in the notch e Tilt the barrel upward e With a hand twisting motion shake and twist the air gun

9. the front sight blade is positioned exactly in the center of the notch of the rear sight The top of the front sight blade should be even with the top of the notch in the rear sight The bulls eye should appear to rest on the top of the front sight Fig 8 e When you are sure of your target and backstop and the area around the target is clear take the airgun Off Safe see Section 2 2 and pull the trigger to fire NOTE You must follow the procedure for pumping loading and firing your airgun each time you shoot see Sections 3 5 6 2 Sight Adjustment The rear sight may be adjusted to shoot higher or lower elevation When moving the elevator slightly lift the rear sight and reset it on the desired notch in the elevator Fig 9 Move the rear sight elevator back to make the BB or pellet hit higher on the target Move the rear sight elevator forward to make the BB or pellet hit lower on the target PELLET RIGHT WINDAGE ADJUSTMENT SCREWS 7 Removing a Jammed BB or Pellet e Do not reload the air gun e Point the airgun in a safe direction e Put the airgun On Safe e Unload the BBs from the visual magazine See Section 4 2 e With the airgun On Safe open the bolt by pulling it all the way back insert a 177 caliber ramrod into the barrel and carefully push the jammed pellet or BB into the load ing port Do not try to reuse that pellet or BB Fig 11 e If you are not able to unjam your air gun by following the

13. afe See Step 2 1 Push in from left for On Safe Push in from right for Off Safe Always hold the forearm firmly when pumping the forearm to prevent possible injury Never pump your airgun more than 10 times Over pumping can cause major damage o your air rifle Pumping more than 10 times may also leave a small amount of air in the air rifle after it is fired which may allow you to fire a second shot without additional pumping e Open the forearm all the way until it stops Fig 2 Be sure to hold the forearm firmly as you open it It could spring back into the closed position possibly causing injury Place your hands in the same positions shown in Fig 2 in order to avoid being pinched should you lose hold of the forearm Do not twist the forearm while pumping Use straight strokes to prevent breakage e Be sure to use at least three pumps but no more than 10 to prevent the barrel from jamming with a pellet remaining in the barrel after firing e Return the forearm to the original closed position with a smooth stroke Be sure to hold the forearm firmly as you close it Note You must follow the procedure for pumping loading and firing your airgun each time you shoot 4 Loading and Unloading Firing BBs Use 177 4 5mm caliber BBs or pellets only in your Model 2100B Never reuse pellets Use of any other ammunition can cause injury to you or damage to the airgun 4 1 Loading BBs e Put the air gun On Safe
