20. ung gilt nur im Rahmen der nachstehenden Ausf hrungen 12 1 2 Die Garantieverpflichtung besteht nicht wenn die Funktionsst rung auf fehlerhaften vom beigestell ten Materialien oder Teilen beruht oder wenn die Anlage nicht den Vorschriften des Verk ufers Montageanleitung besondere Hinweise usw oder dem Stand der Technik entsprechend ausgef hrt wurde 12 1 3 Die Garantieverpflichtung besteht nicht wenn die Ware und oder ihr Zubeh r vom ohne die schrift liche Einwilligung des Verk ufers ver ndert wurde 12 1 4 Die Garantieverpflichtung besteht nicht bei Sch den aufgrund von Unf llen oder h herer Gewalt vor oder nach der Inbetriebnahme 12 1 5 Es besteht kein Anspruch auf Ersatz oder Reparatur aufgrund von anormalem Materialverschlei abrieb oder korrosion oder aufgrund von Unf llen die durch Fahrl ssigkeit fehlende berwachung mangelnden Unterhalt fehlerhafte Einlagerung oder Nichtbeachtung der Empfehlungen des Verk ufers verursacht wurden Dies gilt auch f r den Fall daB besondere technische Anforderungen oder spezifische Einsatzbedingungen denen die Ware unterworfen wird dem bei der Bestellung nicht schriftlich mitgeteilt wurden 12 1 6 Die Garantieverpflichtung kann vom K ufer nur in Anspruch genommen werden wenn die Ware bes timmungsgem B und den Vorschriften des Verk ufers entsprechend benutzt wird 12 1 7 Die Garantieverpflic
