9. line 2 Paint Triad Model Release Agent MRA on areas of the cast and wax relief to which Triad Custom Tray Material will be adapted Wipe off excess Triad MRA A thin coating of the release agent is sufficient 3 Remove the Triad Custom Tray Material from the light proof pouch and remove its protective film Carefully adapt the tray material to the cast Excess material may be trimmed away with a sharp blade 4 Shape excess Tray Material to form a handle and attach it to the tray by blending the edges into the Tray Material on the cast Either of the following options will work well a Prior to curing the tray shape the soft Tray Material around a paper clip to reinforce the handle DO b Alternatively adapt a prefabricated metal cus tom tray handle into the soft Triad material which forms the tray Place the cast with the adapted Triad Custom Tray Material in the Triad VLC Unit and cure for two 2 minutes Remove the cast from the curing unit and gently remove the tray from the cast Peel softened wax out of the tray while the wax is still warm Paint the entire custom tray with Triad Air Barrier Coating ABC Return the tray to the Triad Curing Unit and cure tissue side up for six 6 minutes When the cure cycle is complete remove the tray from the curing unit and gently scrub with warm water and a brush to remove all remaining traces of Triad ABC Trim and polish the tray
