Comprobar la regulaci n Ver secci n 6 3 Ruido en el c rter Unidad desajustada Comprobar la regulaci n Ver secci n 6 3 ES 24 CUADROS DE MANTENIMIENTO Y LUBRICACION 9 9 1 GENERALIDADES ADVERTENCIA Antes de limpiar ajustar o reparar este equipo desengrane siempre todos los engranajes baje los utiles hasta el suelo eche el freno de estacionamiento apague el motor y saque la llave de encendido para as evitar lesiones Limpie siempre el accesorio engrasador antes y despu s de lubricar Utilice grasa que cumpla o supere las especificaciones NLGI Grado 2 LB Aplique grasa con una pistola manual y llene despacio hasta que la grasa comience a subir No utilice pistolas de aire comprimido Para un correcto funcionamiento de todas las palancas los puntos de pivote y dem s puntos de fricci n no mostrados en el cuadro de lubricaci n aplique varias gotas de aceite SAE 30 cada 40 horas o seg n sea necesario Ponga aceite 30 o cadena a diario lubricante penetrante de Engrase el rbol del cig enal del aireador 3 y los accesorios de la varilla de conexi n 6 a diario 9 2 CUADROS DE MANTENIMIENTO Intervalos recomendados de servicio y lubricaci n Filtro de aire Aceite del bastidor de levas C IV Aceite del motor R R 7 3 II Accesorios de engrase L I Mangueras y tuber as 7 6 hidr ulicas Aceite hidr ulico LA R

To clear obstructions from tine disengage master clutch raise aerator head stop engine and disconnect spark plug wire then remove obstruction To Aerate 1 Start the engine raise aerator head 5 9 TRAILERING If the unit experiences problems and must be shut down and removed from the area it should be loaded onto a trailer for transport Use care when loading and unloading unit Tines may drag or catch on trailer ramp To prevent push rods from being bent remove the two lowest positioned tines Fasten unit to trailer to prevent tractor from rolling or shifting during transport Long Distance Trailering Transport If the unit is to be trailered on the highway before strapping to trailer inflate tires to Front 22 psi 152 kPa Rear 22 psi 152 kPa After unloading tractor reduce tire pressure to normal operating pressure See Section 5 7 GB 14 Move shift control lever to L position Move throttle lever to SLOW stand to the side of unit and slowly engage OPC handle a Adjust throttle to desired walking speed after unit is in motion b Pull clutch control lever until it clicks and locks in tine operation position c At proper starting point on turf fully lower aerator head by pushing down on the tine lever To stop aerating pull up on the tine lever to raise aerator head Disengage OPC handle 6 1 GENERAL A WARNING To prevent injury disengage master clutch lower aerator
