3. de superior do tubo de descarga Na extremidade inferior deste tubo monte a porca M a porca N a canopla P e o anel de borracha O Rosqueie a porca M na v lvula e a porca N no espude Q e trave as com uma chave 5 Ajuste o registro integrado para encontrar a vaz o ideal para limpeza do aparelho sanit rio veja figura 6 Com o aux lio de uma chave sextavada R solte os parafusos S e retire a tampa de prote o T Partindo da posi o fechada gire o parafuso de regulagem SENTIDO ANTI HOR RIO volta com uma chave de fenda U Acione a v lvula Repita este procedimento caso necess rio at a limpeza apropriada do aparelho sanit rio Depois de efetuar o ajuste instale a tampa de prote o do registro integrado novamente IMPORTANTE n o necess rio remover o registro integrado se for preciso certifique se de que a alimenta o de gua esteja fechada NOTA Para uma instala o nova recomenda se lavar a tubula o Feche o registro integrado e desrosqueie a tampa superior V veja figura 7 Retire o pist o W e recoloque a tampa Abra o registro e deixe o fluxo de gua passar pela v lvula para eliminar sujeiras e res duos da tubula o Completada a limpeza feche o registro remova a tampa superior e reinstale o pist o Rosqueie a tampa e aperte com uma chave Priorto Installation Prior to installing the Docol Flushometer verify if the closet urinal fixture and water supply line are instal
4. e by hand tightening the lock nut J to the stop valve Plumb the entire unit 4 Determine the length of vacuum breaker tube K required to join the flushometer valve and fixture spud see fig 5 Cut the vacuum breaker tube if required to this length Assemble the vacuum breaker L into the vacuum breaker tube Slide the vacuum breaker nut M spud nut N rubber gasket O and spud flange P over the vacuum breaker tube Insert tube into fixture spud Q align and plumb the valve assembly and tighten fixture spud nut vacuum breaker tube nut and lock nuts with 5 Adjust stop valve to meet the flow rate required for the proper cleansing of the fixture see fig 6 Using a Allen tool R loose the screws S and remove the stop cap cover T Using a screwdriver U open control stop COUNTERCLOCKWISE turn from the closed position Activate flushometer Adjust control stop after each flush valve until the rate of flow delivered properly cleanses the fixture After adjustment install the stop cap cover again GUIA DE MANTENIMIENTO PROBLEMA CAUSA SOLUCI N 1 El flux metro no funciona no sale agua Tuber a de alimentaci n o registro integrado cerrado Abra la v lvula de la tuber a o el registro integrado Cartucho de accionamiento da ado gasto Sustituya el cartucho de accionamiento instale el juego Docol n 4 Alivio del pist n da ado trabado en la posici n superior Sustit
5. es para instala o 1 Para instalar o adaptador sold vel siga no passo 2 Se o tubo de alimenta o j possui um niple roscado com a bitola da v lvula v direto ao passo 3 2 Me a a dist ncia entre a parede acabada A e o centro do tubo de entrada do aparelho sanit rio medida X veja figura 3 Corte o tubo de alimenta o de gua B 25mm 1 mais curto que esta medida Chanfre a extremidade interna e externa deste tubo Encaixe o adaptador rosc vel C sobre o tubo de alimenta o at encostar Solde por fus o o adaptador no tubo Determine o comprimento do tubo de acabamento D medindo a dist ncia da parede acabada at o in cio da rosca do adaptador medida Y Corte o tubo de acabamento nesta medida Monte este tubo sobre o tubo de alimenta o de gua Encaixe a canopla E sobre o tubo de acabamento at encostar na parede acabada 3 Rosqueie o corpo do registro integrado F no adaptador rosc vel C veja figura 4 Verifique se o anel de borracha G e o anel trava H est o montados conforme mostra o detalhe Para n o danificar o anel de borracha lubrifique o com gua Coloque a espiga da v lvula 1 no corpo do registro integrado F e aperte manualmente a porca J Alinhe todo o conjunto 4 Determine o comprimento do tubo de descarga K para ligar a v lvula ao aparelho sanit rio veja figura 5 Se necess rio corte o tubo de descarga neste comprimento Introduza a v lvula quebra v cuo L na extremida
6. fusi n el adaptador a la tuber a de alimentaci n Determine el largo del tubo de cobertura D midiendo la distancia desde la pared acabada a la primera rosca del adaptador dimensi n Y Corte el tubo de cobertura en esta dimensi n Deslice este tubo sobre la tuber a de alimentaci n de agua Deslice el escudo de la pared E sobre el tubo de cobertura hasta que descanse contra la pared acabada 3 Instale el cuerpo del registro integrado F en el adaptador de soldadura C vea la figura 4 Cerciore si el anillo de goma G y el anillo de fijaci n H esten en su lugar como muestra el detalle Para no da ar el anillo de goma lubr quelo con agua Introduzca la pieza de colilla 1 en el registro integrado F y apriete manualmente la tuerca J Alinee todo el conjunto 4 Determine el largo del tubo de descarga K para conectar la v lvula al aparato sanitario vea la figura 5 Si necesario corte el tubo en este largo Introduzca la v lvula rompe vac o L en la parte superior del tubo de descarga En la extremidad inferior ste tubo deslice la tuerca M la tuerca N el anillo de goma O y el escudo P Rosque la tuerca M en la v lvula y la tuerca N en el spud Q y tr belas con una herramienta 5 Ajuste el registro integrado para encontrar el caudal ideal para limpieza del aparato sanitario vea la figura 6 Con la ayuda de una llave sextavada R suelte los tornillos S y quite la tapa de protecci n T Partiendo de la posic

9. led as illustrated in figures 1 and 2 Important All plumbing is to be installed in accordance with applicable codes and regulations Water supply lines must be sized to provide an adequate volume of water for each fixture Flush all water lines prior to making connections Installation instructions 1 For sweat solder refer to instructions in step 2 Ifthe water supply pipe already has an threaded adapter follow to the step 3 2 Measure distance from finished wall A to centerline of fixture spud dimension X see fig 3 Cut water supply pipe B 25mm 1 shorter than this measurement Chanfer O D and I D of water supply pipe Slide threaded adapter C onto water supply pipe until end of pipe rests against shoulder of adapter Sweat solder adapter to water supply pipe Determine length of covering tube D by measuring distance from finished wall to the first thread of adapter dimension Y Cut covering tube to this length Slide covering tube onto water supply pipe Slide wall flange E over covering tube until it rests against the finished wall 3 Install the stop valve F to the threaded adapter C see fig 4 Be certain that the o ring seal G and locking snap ring H are located as shown Care should be taken not to damage the o ring when inserting the tailpiece into the stop valve If lubrication is needed wetting the o ring with water will be sufficient Insert the flushometer tailpiece I into the stop valve and secur
