10. ci n Elija las cubetas que necesita seg n la regi n del espectro en la que este trabajando utili ce las mismas cubetas tanto para realizar la calibraci n del Blanco como para realizar las lec turas de las muestras Recuerde que tiene que utilizar cubetas de cuarzo para la zona Ultravioleta y de vidrio para la zona del visible En el modelo 4250 50 desde la tecla Func puede seleccionar en que punto quiere que el espectrofot metro realice el cambio de l mpara de la zona Ultravioleta a la Visible presione la tecla Func hasta que en la pantalla aparezca el mensaje LAMP EXCHANGE 340 nm El espectrofot metro realiza por defecto el cambio de l mpara a 340 nm este valor puede cambiarse siempre que el nuevo valor este dentro del rango de 325 nm a 355 nm con los botones 2 3 2 4 seleccione la longitud de onda y pulse Enter 2 6 para que el dato quede regis trado Con el bot n Func 2 5 en el modelo de Espectrofot metro 4250 50 que realiza medidas en el rango del visible podemos seleccionar la l mpara de trabajo bien sea la l mpara hal gena para la zona visible como la l mpara de Deuterio para la zona Ultravioleta del espec tro si queremos en momento dado cambiarla no es necesario hacerlo habitualmente ya que al pasar de una zona a otra el cambio de l mpara se realiza autom ticamente presione Func y en la pantalla aparece W Lamp on W Lamp off seg n la l mpara est en ese momento encendida o apagada para cambiar el esta
