Manual de Instrucciones Operating and Installation Manual Conservadoras horizontales Horizontal Freezers Series CV CC CF 100 170 200 280 300 330 350 430 580 650 850 2500 Enfriadoras horizontales Horizontal Coolers Series BF BV 100 110 200 220 350 SS INTRODUCCI N Usted ha adquirido un equipo que es garant a de calidad y duraci n Para que obtenga el m ximo rendimiento siga nuestras indicaciones y en caso de duda solicite instrucciones de uso a su vendedor INSTALACI N Ubique el equipo en un lugar bien ventilado y seco No bloquee las celos as Instale el equipo sobre la superficie De esta forma reducir ruidos y vibraciones No instale el equipo cerca de fuentes de calor productos inflamables o exposici n directa a rayos solares No ubique el equipo muy cerca de paredes para permitir la normal circulaci n del aire que requiere el compresor Conserve una distancia m nima de 10cm entre el respaldo y el muro CONEXI N EL CTRICA Una vez instalado el equipo en el lugar definitivo y si ha sido trasladado cuidadosamente espere a los menos una hora antes de conectarlo al suministro el ctrico Nuestros modelos funcionan con una de las siguientes alimentaciones el ctricas TI5V 60Hz 220V 50Hz o 220V 60Hz Verifique que el suministro el ctrico disponible corresponda a una de ellas Los equipos est n provistos de 3m de cord n el ctrico de alimentaci n Conside2. X MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS Desconectar el equipo de la red el ctrica 2 Posicionar el display sobre la cubierta centr ndolo en el largo y haci ndolo coincidir con el plano de respaldo de la conservadora para centrarlo en el largo medir en un extremo 35mm aprox En aquellas conservadoras que no llevan perforaciones para los tornillos se deben realizar con una broca de 3mm de di metro utilizando como gu a las perforaciones del display 3 Fijarlo a la cubierta utilizando los 6 tornillos roscalatas l 4 en la parte delantera y 2 en la parte trasera 4 Efectuar la conexi n el ctrica del tubo fluorescente enchufando los conectores 2 y B 5 Conectar en el Display la l mina publicitaria 4 introduci ndola primero en un extremo hasta que tope y luego insert ndola primero en un extremo hasta que tope y luego insert ndola longitudinalmente Por ultimo desplazar la l mina publicitaria hacia el otro extremo hasta centrarla 6 Conectar el equipo para verificar el encendido del tubo fluorescente 1 Unplug the unit form the electrical outlet 2 Place the light Display on the counter top surface of the unit positioning it on the center of the surface and on the same plane as the back of the unit To center the display leave 35 mm of space on each side of the display If you need to drill holes to secure the display use a 3mm drill bit 3 Secure the cover by screwing the 6 screw 1 4 front screws and 2 back screws 4
5. a vez concluida la limpieza Esto permitir que su equipo funcione correctamente y logre un ahorro en el consumo de energ a Si su equipo no estar en uso por un largo tiempo recomendamos desconectarlo de la energ a el ctrica seguir las indicaciones de limpieza descritas anteriormente y abrir la puerta para que el aire seque las partes interiores del mueble antes de guardarlo cerrado Verifique que la manguera de desag e este dentro de la bandeja de evaporaci n ver fig 1 Para conectar nuevamente el equipo rem tase al punto puesta en marcha Para reemplazar los tubos fluorescentes retire la pantalla protectora o publicitaria retire el tubo de sus bases reinstale el nuevo tubo fluorescente y la pantalla protectora o publicitaria Cuando el equipo sea dado de baja el gabinete aislado debe entregarse a una empresa especializada en el tratamiento de desechos de aislamiento O 9001 414001 MAINTENANACE WARNING Prior to implementing the following operations unplug the unit from the outlet Clean the inside cabinet with a clean damp cloth using neutral soap Do not use abrasive or flammable cleaning products to avoid damage to the metal finish Clean the condenser see fig 1 at least every 6 months with a vacuum cleaner or a brush to eliminate the dust and lint accumulation To clean the condenser remove the front grill unscrew the four screws and reinstall once the cleaning is finished This will allow the unit to operate eff
6. e that it is replaced by a plug with identical electrical characteristics Once the unit is plugged into the electrical outlet and prior to being loaded with product it is important to let the unit run for at least one hour This should also apply when the unit is being cleaned or serviced Adjust the thermostat considering T is the warmest temperature 7 is the coldest position and 0 indicates the off position Position 5 it s recommended for coolers and 6 for freezers see fig 1 For Coolers do not load the cabinet with warm products wait until the product reaches the ambient temperature The freezers are designed to keep pre frozen products If a power failure occurres avoid opening the glass lids to maintain temperature and minimize spoilage MANTENIMIENTO ADVERTENCIA Antes de realizar las siguientes operaciones desconecte el equipo de la red de suministro de energ a el ctrica Para la limpieza interior y exterior utilice un pa o h medo con agua y jab n neutro No utilice ning n tipo de abrasivos o polvos de pulir que puedan da ar las superficies No utilice objetos puntiagudos o cortantes para la limpieza Limpie el condensador ver fig 1 a lo menos cada 6 meses extrayendo el polvo y las pelusas que se acumulan sobre l utilizando una escobilla o una aspiradora Para efectuar esta limpieza saque previamente la celos a frontal destornillando los tornillos que la fijan al equipo y reinstal ndola un
