8. n de humos siem pre se encender 5 ESPECIFICACIONES T CNICAS 5 1 DATOS T CNICOS Peso 130 Kg Altura 1 515 mm Anchura 1 280 mm Profundidad 650 mm Carga sostenible en los niveles 20 Kg Capacidad del tanque de lavado del lado de agua 58 L Capacidad del tanque de lavado del lado de disolvente 50 L Capacidad de la orilla del agua recogida de barril 80 L La presi n del aire de la fuente de alimentaci n ar 5 2 DESCRIPCI N DE LA M QUINA La Doble 250 es una m quina que ha sido fabri cada por completo en acero satinado AISI 304 La m quina est compuesta por una parte dere cha que se utiliza para el lavado de agua y una parte izquierda para el lavado de disolvente cuyas caracter sticas se muestran de la siguiente manera La parte de la derecha el lavado del agua est compuesto por tres tanques a Dep sito superior utilizado para el lavado manual de piezas que contiene una cuadr cula de trabajo en la que se pueden colocar los obje tos limpios Un mezclador neum tico que se encuentra en el interior del tanque y que se nece sita para mezclar el floculante y el agua sucia de pintura o Dep sito intermedio llamado el tanque de filtrado en el que se coloca el filtro que detiene la pintura Deja pasar el agua limpia en el dep sito de recogida inferior c Dep sito inferior llamado el dep sito de reco gida de la que una bomba neum tica aspira el agua filtrada lo que le
9. quina en una direcci n en sentido horario El aire comenzar a salir a trav s del tubo mez clador Esto har que las gotas de agua salgan por el tubo mezclador Continuando la rotaci n en sentido horario el regulador aumentar la intensidad de los chorros de aire y la potencia relativa de mezcla Proporcione correctamente la intensidad de la mezcla El uso inadecuado puede causar la royecci n de chorros de liquido pintura Bor esta raz n es recomendable utilizar una intensidad m nima si la mezcla se leva a cabo con un tanque parcialmente vac o 3 Cuando se coagule la pintura apague el mez clador neum tico nando el regulador corres pondiente en sentido antihorario 4 Aseg rese de que el filtro de tela se ha colocado correctamente a medio camino entre la placa de filtro y el prefiltro de malla de acero inoxidable 5 Abra el grifo de sa del tanque girando el mango hacia la derecha y en una direcci n horizontal 2 Espere a la descarga completa del tanque de avado 7 la fase de filtrado tendr una duraci n de unos pocos segundos en consonancia con el nivel de limpieza del filtro de tela Espere hasta que toda la mezcla pase por el filtro La pintura coagulada se guedar en el filtro mientras que el agua limpia reutilizable ser depositada en el tanque inferior 8 Cierre la llave de descarga del tanque de nuevo girando el mango en el sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj y en una posici n vertical

16. 4 4 SISTEMA DE ASPIRACION La m quina dispone de un sistema de aspiraci n para ambas cabinas lado del disolvente y lado del agua El sistema se beneficia de efecto Venturi generado por una boquilla de atomiza ci n de aire de alta velocidad que aspira y trans mite los humos hacia el exterior de la campana la aspiraci n en los dos campanas se inicia autom ticamente cuando la m quina se encien de con la v lvula ON OFF en el panel de control Tambi n es posible excluir la aspiraci n del lado del agua con la v lvula de aspiraci n Exclusi n de control adecuado del lado del agua 4 5 LIMPIEZA MANUAL CON EL CEPILLO Abra la v lvula de cepillo para atomizar el agua aspirada desde el tanque de recolecci n con el cepillo Despu s hay que realizar la limpieza manual de los elementos la m quina estar equipada con una rejilla m vil colocada en el tanque de lavado para reunir las partes y para llevar a cabo el lavado manual por medio del cepillo de atomizador o pulverizador de la pistola de agua equipada 4 6 ACLARADO MANUAL CON DISOLVENTE El tubo de atomizaci n est presente en el interior del tanque en la parte adecuada para el lavado de disolvente de la que una peque a cantidad de diluyente limpio se descarga en forma de pulverizaci n Abra el grifo de atomizaci n si desea realizar un enjuague manual de otra de las partes o s lo para descargar el disolvente limpio Durante esta fase la aspiraci
