3. 1 19 0442 4 USER MANUAL MANUAL USUARIO 1 1 1 1 1 5 8 Elaborado Septiembre 2005 INDICE Pag FUNCIONAMIENTO 7 Il REEMPLAZO DE PARTES 7 Ill FALLAS Y CORRECCIONES 4 IV DIAGRAMA ELECTRICO 3 V ENSAMBLE DE ASPIRADORA 4 VI LISTA DE PARTES 5 6 8 Elaborado Septiembre 2005 1 FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LA ASPIRADORA Y EL MOTOR La aspiradora no es sensible a variaciones de voltaje puede trabajar desde 105 hasta 135 volts la corriente debe ser de 3 a 4 amps aproximadamente El motor debe trabajar sin vibraciones los carbones deben producir una chispa fina y uniforme el conmutador debe tener una franja color cafe obscuro del ancho de las escobillas uniformemente pintadas 1 REEMPLAZO DEL ENSAMBLE MOTOR 10 1 1 Jale ligeramente el aza flexible levante el cabezal y desensamble el seguro de la parte frontal del bote 20 1 2 Quite las cuatro pijas 14 que ensamblan la cubierta inferior con la tapa bote 1 3 1 3 Desensamble la cubierta inferior 7 de la tapa bote 13 y retirela 1 4 Desconecte las dos puntas del cable de linea una blanca conectada al motor y la negra conectada al cable negro del switch 1 5 Quite las seis pijas 11 Y retire el ensamble motor 10 de la tapa bote 13 y reemplace el motor 1 6 Para reensamblar invierta la secuencia de desensamble teniendo cuidado de que las puntas del cable de linea queden dentro de las cavidades asi como el ventilador q
