8. do protege el estator de sobrecalentamiento en casos como prolongado funcionamiento en seco excesiva temperatura en el medio bombeado etc f Detecci n de humedad En la c mara del aceite caja de conexiones e interior motor se coloca un electrodo que asegura la estanqueidad detectando la presencia de humedad La resistividad normal es gt 100 Ko en caso de entrada agua o humedad la resistividad cae hasta ser lt 30KQ g Control de temperatura de los rodamientos opcional Los sensores t rmicos de los rodamientos los protegen ante sobrecalentamiento en casos como falta de lubricaci n rodamientos da ados excesiva temperatura en el medio bombeado etc Convendr asegurarse que los fusibles o rel de sobrecorriente montados y regulados son los adecuados para soportar la carga de arranque Se verificar el sentido de giro del grupo cambiando las fases de conexi n en el cuadro en caso de que lo haga en sentido contrario 5 CONTROL Y MANTENIMIENTO El funcionamiento del grupo debe ser silencioso y sin vibraciones Se observar en los amper metros del cuadro el ctrico cualquier consumo anormal y en caso de que as sea se buscar n las posibles causas El n mero m ximo de arranques por hora es de 6 Si el grupo se para y al intentar ponerlo en marcha la protecci n se dispara es conveniente no AN insistir averiguar las causas y subsanarlas adecuadamente pero nunca forzar al grupo a trabajar en tales condiciones El mantenimie
9. ecesidad 2 RECEPCI N En el momento de la recepci n del material que compone la expedici n se comprobar si los materiales han sufrido alg n desperfecto en especial el cable de alimentaci n Hacer recuento de los mismos y notificar la existencia de cualquier anomal a Si el grupo debe permanecer alg n tiempo en almac n convendr colocarlo en un lugar seco Despu s de un largo per odo de inactividad tanto en almac n como en el lugar de trabajo girar el rodete a mano por si hubiera alg n proceso de agarrotamiento por oxidaci n Bombas Ideal S A 3 DESCRIPCION DEL GRUPO Las bombas sumergidas SVA con rodete de h lice est n especialmente dise adas para elevar grandes caudales de agua Se emplean ventajosamente en el bombeo de aguas pluviales estaciones depuradoras desecaci n de terrenos riegos arrozales drenajes refrigeraci n de centrales el ctricas etc Los altos rendimientos obtenidos por este tipo de bombas las hacen recomendadas para estas instalaciones Es importante respetar los l mites de funcionamiento siguientes M xima temperatura del agua 40 C PH 5 9 Maxima sumergencia 10 mts Las bombas SVA son de construcci n robusta y compacta de eje nico entre motor y bomba dando una solidez al conjunto que elimina problemas de instalaci n Han sido dise adas para su instalaci n en posici n vertical El montaje resulta sencillo al ir fijada por su propio peso e instalada dentro de un tu
