6. corriente debe ser de 3 a 4 amps aproximadamente El motor debe trabajar sin vibraciones los carbones deben producir una chispa fina y uniforme el conmutador debe tener una franja color cafe obscuro del ancho de las escobillas uniformemente pintadas 1 REEMPLAZO DEL ENSAMBLE MOTOR 9 1 1 Jale ligeramente el aza flexible levante el cabezal y desensamble el seguro de la parte frontal del bote 20 1 2 Quite las cuatro pijas 13 que ensamblan la cubierta inferior con la tapa bote 12 1 3 Desensamble la cubierta inferior 6 de la tapa bote 12 y ret rela 1 4 Desconecte las dos puntas del cable de l nea 9a una blanca conectada al motor y la negra conectada al cable negro del switch 1 5 Quite las seis pijas 10 y retire el ensamble motor 9 de la tapa bote 12 y reemplace el motor 1 6 Para reensamblar invierta la secuencia de desensamble teniendo cuidado de que las puntas del cable de l nea queden dentro de las cavidades as como el ventilador quede libre dentro de la cavidad de la cubierta inferior NOTA No desensamble ni trate de reparar el motor da ado env elo al Depto de Servicio para su reposici n 2 REEMPLAZO DEL SWITCH BALANCIN 1 2 1 Siga los pasos indicados en los puntos 1 1 al 1 3 2 2 Desconecte las dos puntas del cable negro del switch balanc n Quite las tres pijas 8 as como la pija 7 y retire la cubierta superior 3 retire y reemplace el switch balanc n Para reensamb
