1. a Limitada PLUS 1 Sujeto a las condiciones de esta garant a limitada este producto se garantiza libre de defectos de materiales y mano de obra al momento de la compra por parte del usuario original En Europa el tiempo de garant a es de 2 a os para las partes electr nicas y 2 a os para las bater as En Am rica los planes de garant a oficiales pueden cambiar dependiendo del pa s regi n Contacte a su distribuidor autorizado para recibir informaci n sobre el plan de garant a y extensiones 2 Si durante el per odo de garant a el producto falla en funcionar bajo condiciones de operaci n normal debido a defectos de materiales o mano de obra INTEGRA su distribuidor autorizado o el centro de servicio podr reparar o reemplazar a su criterio el producto de acuerdo a los t rminos y condiciones de esta garant a La garant a es ofrecida en el centro de servicio INTEGRA Esta garant a limitada no cubre ning n gasto de transporte 3 La garant a es solo v lida si el producto se acompa a del documento original de compra realizada por el usuario final original En este documento de compra se debe mostrar como m nimo la fecha de compra el n mero de serie del producto y los datos del vendedor autorizado INTEGRA sus distribuidores y o centros de servicios se reservan el derecho de dejar sin efecto la garant a si el documento original de compra ha sido modificado alterado o le falta informaci n que permita identificar el2. producto 4 Si el producto es reparado o remplazado ste tendr un per odo de garant a equivalente al per odo remanente de la garant a original 90 dias sobre la parte reparada reemplazada a partir de la fecha de la reparaci n el que sea m s largo 5 INTEGRA sus distribuidores o centros de servicios se reservan el derecho de cobrar gastos de manejo en caso de que se determine que el producto devuelto para revisi n no presenta ninguna falla o si el producto se encuentra fuera de la cobertura de esta garant a por cualquiera de los motivos descritos en esta garant a 6 En el caso de que el producto est fuera de la cobertura de esta garant a se enviar al usuario un presupuesto de reparaci n o reemplazo para su aprobaci n Si el usuario no aprobase el presupuesto el producto se mantendr a disposici n del usuario durante un m ximo de 60 d as continuos para que sea retirado Despu s de transcurrido ese tiempo el producto ser desechado sin que se pueda hacer ning n reclamo 7 Es normal que las bater as recargables como las incluidas en este producto terminen por degradarse en su capacidad debido al uso y al paso del tiempo incluso bajo condiciones de operaci n normales Esto no es un defecto por lo que la p rdida de capacidad de las bater as no est cubierta por esta garant a 8 Esta garant a no cubre la p rdida de capacidad parcial o total de las bater as ocasionadas por un almacenaje prolongado mayor a 6 meses
