A Align sur ii le centre 26 l emplacement de chaque montant retirez 31 Placez les v rins dans leurs endroits Les moteurs des v rins sont situ s sur la gauche quand vous faites face au spa de nage Modeles de 16 20 pieds 4 88 m 6 1 m de long Utilisez la longue patte de fixation fournie pour plus de rigidit 50 ASSEMBLAGE DU LEGEND TAPE 2 ASSEMBLAGE 92 33 34 35 Glissez les arbres d entra nement sur l axe carr des deux verins motorises lateraux Maintenez le verin non motorise position verticale et align avec le v rin motoris Utilisez une cl plate de 3 4 po 19 mm sur l arbre du v rin pour effectuer un r glage pr cis de l axe carr de fa on ce qu il soit align avec l arbre d entra nement puis glissez avec pr caution l axe carr dans l arbre d entra nement Effectuez cette proc dure pour les deux jeux de v rins Installez le cadre d aluminium en U sur chaque arbre d entra nement et support de v rin Fixez l aide des boulons 5 16 po x 2 po 8 mm x 51 mm et crous fournis Les pattes de fixation des v rins sont situ es sur les v rins non motoris s est maintenant possible de retirer les deux pattes de fixation des v rins Il est sugg r de les laisser en place pour une utilisation ult rieure ventuelle I 36 37 38 Pour des deux moteurs glissez la

17. b www covana com cliquer sur le bouton YouTube et selectionner Covana LEGEND Installation video en anglais seulement PROCEDURE D INITIALISATION DE LA POSITION DES MONTANTS Cette procedure doit tre ex cut e dans les situations suivantes Lors de l installation initiale Lorsque les montants ne sont plus la m me hauteur Quand les montants ne d tectent pas les limites sup rieures et ou inf rieures La proc dure consiste en deux 2 tapes simples Initialisation du circuit de contr le z ro 0 et initialisation z ro 0 des montants tape n 1 Initialisation du circuit de contr le z ro 0 1 D branchez les deux moteurs de l emplacement du boitier de commande de fa on d sactiver les montants Ne d branchez aucun autre connecteur Reportez vous la figure 1 pour l emplacement des connecteurs des moteurs Figure 1 Alimentation 56 PROCEDURE D INITIALISATION DE LA POSITION DES MONTANTS 2 l aide de l interrupteur cl voir Figure 2 ex cutez les tapes suivantes sans interrompre la s quence pendant l ex cution Tournez et maintenez l interrupteur cl dans la position du bas pendant 8 10 secondes Rel chez l interrupteur cl et imm diatement Tournez l interrupteur cl de mani re r p titive vers la position du bas 8 10 fois en moins de 15 secondes Attendez 10 secondes 57 PROCEDURE
18. c en place Dans ce cas suivez la m me proc dure qu l tape 9 R p tez les tapes 13 14 sur l autre c t Pour les mod les de 15 pieds 4 6 m ou moins passez l tape 21 Comme auparavant glissez un raccord entre profil s en dans chacun des profil s en C La partie courbe doit tre du c t oppos au panneau troit avec rebord A wie _ P d Large et plat V Ins rez une barre en l avec sa partie large et plate orient e vers le bas Utilisez des boulons 1 4 po x 1 2 po pour fixer la barre en au raccord entre profil s en et en C Serrez ces boulons Le bord du panneau de bout est biseaut 45 degr s Lubrifiez le haut et le bas du bord de ce panneau sur le c t qui n est pas biseaute 45 degr s Ins rez ces panneaux avec l extr mit effil e vers le bout du spa de nage Le panneau peut avoir besoin d tre forc en place Dans ce cas suivez la m me proc dure qu l tape 9 R p tez les tapes 18 19 sur l autre c t Pour chaque coin ins rez la pi ce int rieure du coin Emboitez les profil s restants 49 ASSEMBLAGE DU LEGEND TAPE 2 ASSEMBLAGE 23 Fixez les pieces de coin en place l aide de 27 Tournez la poign e de la trappe deux vis n 8 d vacuation pour r tracter les bras et l ins rer dans le trou de la trappe d vacuation Veuillez vous reporter l instruc
