DISMISSIONE Rispettare le vigenti normative locali per lo smaltimento differenziato dei rifiuti SCHEMA DI COLLEGAMENTO MONOFASE TRIFASE ENGLISH PREFACE Dear customer we thank you for having preferred our products Please follow carefully all the instructions of this manual so to grant both safety and trustworthiness of our electric pumps Please keep this manual so that you can use it in the future Before doing any operation read carefully the following instructions Each electric pump is supplied packed in its own carton box together with its instruction manual adhesive labels and accessories so to install or remove the motor properly The single phase versions are supplied with capacitor SYMBOLS DANGER Risk of electric shock DANGER High risk for people and or things WARNING Risk to damage the electric pump or the pumping plant GENERAL SAFETY RULES NEVER WORK ALONE DURING THE INSTALLATION OF THE PUMP USE ADEQUATE PROTECTION DEVICES 0090009 Before installing the electric pump make sure that the supply mains is grounded Before doing any check or maintenance clear the system by disconnecting the voltage Do notuse the electric pump in swimming pools or ponds when people are in them Do not start the electric pump when in contact with the liquid pumped Let the pump be repaired only by authorized personnel Unauthorized repairs might make the product unsafe and or dangerous Befor
5. make sure that it is not connected to the supply mains Before starting the electric pump fill it through the tap 3 placed on the other side of the outlet Picture A Repeat this operation any time that the pumping plant is empty or in case it is not used for a long time Install the electric pump in a dry and airy place Install any device to avoid dry running Install a suction pipe whose diameter is at least the same as that of the inlet Be sure that no air is pumped Install a foot valve at the end of the suction pipe and its protective filter Fix all pipes so that they do not weigh on the body of the electric pump ELECTRIC CONNECTION The electric pump must be fed through a circuit breaker The nominal differential current must not exceed 30 mA Make sure that the supply main is supplied with a proper thermal magneti covercurrent circuit breaker The supply mains must be provided with a disconnecting device whose contacts when open must be at least 3 mm far Check that voltage and frequency of the power mains are exactly the same as those shown in the label of the electric pump Connect the green yellow wire of the feeding cable to the earth connector of the supply mains Check regularly that both the supply mains and all its protective devices work properly It is advisable to install electric pumps whose power is bigger than 10 Hp 7 5kw with an indirect starter MAINTENANCE ANY MAINTENANCE OPERATION MUST BE DONE WITH DIS
