9. piccolo in entrata turbina pressione insufficiente in entrata macchina Aumentarla il tubo stato srotolato con la marcia inserita danneggiando il riduttore Provvedere alla riparazione 2 La macchina non stabile e tende a muoversi fissaggio errato dei piedi di ancoraggio Fissare meglio la macchina in modo tale che i piedi facciano pi attrito Il tubo steso in un terreno umido dove si genera un maggior attrito Attendere che il terreno si asciughi poi staccarlo dal terreno oppure sollevare il tubo ponendo sotto di esso dei pezzi di legno ogni 10 15 mt 6 0 RACCOMANDAZIONI Durante il trasporto non superare la velocit max consentita di 10 km h Durante il riavvolgimento del tubo tramite cardano verificare che la leva nr 2 sia in folle 0 per evitare danni al riduttore All inizio di ogni stagione irrigua srotolare il tubo lasciando solo 2 spire sulla bobina Non apportare alcuna modifica sulla macchina pena la decadenza della garanzia Nel caso n cui il tubo sia rimasto steso dopo la pioggia esiste la possibilit che si incolli al terreno per evitare danni alla macchina o al tubo prima di iniziare l irrigazione passare una corda sotto al tubo per tutta la sua lunghezza A Se il tubo viene srotolato pi volte parzialmente si consiglia di effettuare uno srotolamento totale del tubo per consenti re un avvolgimento corretto sulla bobina La slitta del carrello deve appoggiare in modo uniforme
10. tra la palanca fig 23 y pone la caja de cambios automaticamente en la posicion 0 parando el enrollamiento de la manguera Al mismo tiempo la valvula de cier re lento o de apertura accesorio bajo pedido para automaticamente la estacion de bombeo 2 4 INSPECCIONES PARA LA PUESTA EN SERVICIO DE LA MAQUINA 1 Revisar que la horquilla guia tubo esta alineada con el tubo o ligeramente inclinada hacia la ulti ma vuelta de manguera Este control debe realizarse con el tubo completa mente desenrollado Para ajustar la posicion de la horquilla guia tubo Desmontar el carter lateral de proteccion de la WS ei 7 x Dei GI IN 14 j Fig 24 b NTI cadena fig 24a Ai Abrir la cadena quitando la malla de union Girar la barra guiatubo a la derecha o a la erda hasta que la horquilla guia tubo este en la posicion correcta fig 24b Por razones de seguridad esta operaci n debe realizarse con la maquina parada 2 Controlar que el sistema de desenganche esta bien regulado Empujar manualmente en la barra de desacople autom tico fig 25a y ase gurarse que la marcha se desacople Si la palanca esta mal regulada regularla usando el tornillo correspondiente fig 25b ATENCI N Si se pone la m quina en punto muerto 0 con el tubo extendido y en tracci n la bobina efectuar violentamente medio giro Aseg rese de que durante esta operaci n ninguna persona se encuentre manipulando la bobina 3
11. 2 RISK OF CRUSHING AND TRAPPING BETWEEN PE HOSE AND REEL No part of the body should be be tween the hose and the reel when the machine is in operation Unauthorised people should have no access to the ma chine 3 RISK OF THE MACHINE OVERTURNING If the machine is transported on land having a gradient higher than 6 there are high risks of the machine overturning 4 RISK OF FLASHOVER If the water jet of the rain gun comes accidentally in contact with electric power lines there is high risk of electrical discharges to the ground through the machine structure Make sure that in the rain gun radius of action there are no electric power lines 5 RISK OF VIOLENT IMPACT WITH THE WATER JET When the machine starts the water comes out suddenly and violently from the nozzle Do not stay in front or near the rain gun 6 RISK OF VIOLENT IMPACT WITH THE MACHINE END CAPS Never remove the end caps from the machine without being sure that there is no pressure in the machine If the caps are removed when the machine is under pres sure there is high risk that they will be ejected violently 7 RISK OF VIOLENT IMPACT WITH THE HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT OIL Never use the hydraulic circuit without having first exhausted the oil pressure through the hand pump or through the spool valve levers 8 DANGER OF ACCIDENT ON A PUBLIC ROAD Position the rain gun trolley so that the water jet never goes into areas thus causing dangers to persons or property eee LE
12. 8 0 USE OF THE SHUT OFF VALVE optional If the machine is equipped with the slow shut off valve proceed as follows 1 Check that the valve is open by operating the appropriate function of the computer 2 Check that the cables of the electric pistons are properly connected 3 Operate the machine as per the instructions manual press the stop button on the computer and check that the valve closes properly 4 Press the proper button on the computer to reopen the valve 8 1 OPERATION SEQUENCE FOR THE SHUT OFF VALVE ADJUSTING If the closing speed of the electric piston is too slow or too fast adjust the proper code into the computer to obtain the desired speed When using machines with shut off valve installed pumping systems must be equipped with a cut off system at high pressure If they are not provided with it excessive pressures can be created at the water inlet of the machine or in the pipelines 8 2 REPOSITIONING OF THE MACHINE When the machine has stopped irrigating and the valve is closed the pipeline remains under pressure 1 Shut the hydrant supply valve off 2 Open the shut off valve by means of the computer in order to eliminate the remaining pressure 3 Disconnect the machine inlet hose and proceed with moving the machine 9 0 USE OF THE DISCHARGE VALVE optional If the machine is equipped with a discharge valve before starting operation proceed as follows 1 Take off the plug on the outlet connector of the val
13. 86 6 3 93 86 6 3 93 sl a gt y 1 2 TRASPORTO CONSEGNA E MONTAGGIO DELLA MACCHINA Per motivi di ingombro in fase di trasporto la macchina puo essere inviata con alcune parti smontate come le ruote o il tubo di entrata acqua Il costruttore o chi per esso provvede al fissaggio della macchina con mezzi idonei rapportati alle masse caricate Per lo scarico ed il montaggio bisogna agganciare la macchina nei punti raffigurati alla fig 5 a b c Se la macchina consegnata con la bobina smontata bisogna effettuare lo scarico agganciandola come da fig 6 Controlli da effettuare in fase di montaggio 1 Montare i mozzi porta ruota e avvitare le viti di fissaggio fig 7 serrando forte 2 Controllare il serraggio dei bulloni delle ruote periodicamente fig 8 3 Controllare il serraggio dei bulloni della ralla girevole porta bobina fig 9 4 Montare i bracci alzacarrello con i relativi accessori fig 10 5 Regolare il bullone di registro dell alza carrello a circa 8cm fig 11 11 5 80 15 3 12 5 80 15 3 400 60 15 5 1 Montare i bracci porta ruote sul telaio centrale del carrello 2 Montare le ruote facendo attenzione al serraggio delle viti 3 Montare l irrigatore sul carrello fig 12 ATTENZIONE per motivi di sicurezza consentito il solo uso degli irrigatori a ritorno lento con velocita di rotazio ne non superiore a 1 RAD S 1 4 Per i carrelli a spostamento late

Si la m quina est equipada de v lvula de cierre o de descarga de agua verifique que en el momento de funcionamiento autom tico de fin de carrera la llave a tres pistas que pilota el cierre y la abertura de las v lvulas est en su sitio Si es necesa rio regule la carrera de la leva de comando de la llave fig 26 4 Extender las cadenas con los apropriados tensores de cadena fig 27 NB En las maquinas provistas de computadora Top Rain verificar que el contacto el ctrico de final de ciclo haya sido accionado 2 5 REGULACION DE LA CORRECTION AUTOMATICA DE VELOCIDAD La regulaci n es automatica a trav s del ordenador 2 6 USO DE LA MAQUINA CON ORDENADOR Con ordenador el reglaje del by pass es autom tico Para el uso del ordenador consul tar el manual espec fico de instrucciones 2 7 USO DEL COMPRESOR OPCIONAL Abrir la v lvula colocada sobre el tubo de conexi n del compresor fig 28 Abrir la valvula de ventilaci n de aire colocada sobre el tap n fig 29 y cerrar la se gunda entrada de agua con el tap n atropiado quitar el tap n situado en el carro fig 30 me ter en marcha el cardan del tractor y llevar inmediatamente el r gimen de rotaci n a 540 t min Cierre la v lvula de escape de manera que el aire entre totalmente en la m quina fig 29 Cuando la operaci n de vaciado est terminada 3 4 minutos abrir nuevamente la v lvula de escape y cer rar el cardan A PELIGRO al t rmino de esta operaci

18. chaque saison d irrigation 4 0 STOCKAGE EN FIN DE SAISON 1 Il est conseill de vider partiellement le tuyau PE Pour ce faire il faut d rouler la moiti du tuyau comme pour une irriga tion normale enlever le bouchon du chariot et enrouler de nouveau par la prise de force 2 Enlever le bouchon sous la turbine et enlever tous les bouchons en entr e de la machine 3 Pour que la peinture de la machine puisse durer plus longtemps il est conseill de nettoyer la machine avec un jet d eau en pression et ensuite quand elle sera seche asperger toutes les parties m talliques avec un m lange d huile et de gas oil 5 0 INCONVENIENTS 1 La machine ne r ussit pas a enrouler le tuyau la roue interne de la turbine est bloqu e par un corps tranger Tourner l axe comme indiqu fig 32 dans le sens des aiguilles d une montre et dans le sens contraire par une cl en essayant de la d bloquer la buse du canon est partiellement bouch e et il en sort trop peu d eau Pourvoir au nettoyage le c ne d injection en entr e de turbine est bouch D monter le tuyau en entr e turbine et le nettoyer le canon a t quip d une buse trop petite par rapport au modele de la machine Il faut le remplacer avec une buse d un diam tre sup rieur ou bien en monter une plus petite de 4 mm en entr e de turbine pression insuffisante l entr e de la machine L augmenter le tuyau a t d roul avec la vitesse du r ducteur
