IMPORTANT D brancher l alimentation pneumatique avant de monter ou d monter les ensembles de nez sauf instructions contraires S il est toujours en place retirer le carter de nez et l crou adaptateur Ins rer l arbre d entrainement 4 dans l axe Placer la vis de commande 3 sur l arbre d entrainement 4 Ins rer le manchon de r duction 5 si n cessaire dans l crou adaptateur Positionner la bague de friction 51 sur l axe Visser l crou adaptateur sur l axe Maintenir l axe au moyen d une cl serrer le contre crou dans le sens anti horaire en veillant ce que la bague de friction ne soit pas prise entre les faces de l axe et l crou adaptateur Visser le carter de nez ensemble avec le nez 1 et le contre crou de nez 2 Pour la d pose de l quipement effectuer l op ration inverse Tout en laissant l outil toujours raccord l alimentation d air visser un insert dans la vis de commande manuellement en veillant ce que l insert soit affleurant l extr mit de la vis de commande Placer le nez en position exacte et verrouiller l crou de nez dans le sens horaire avec une cl Retirer l nsert de la vis de commande Les num ros de rep re en gras renvoient l illustration ci dessous 51 fait r f rence l illustration la page 16 gumun CONTRE ECROU AKE BAGUE DE FRICTION 2 1 ECROU ADAPTATEUR CARTER DE NEZ Les articles en gris sont inclus dans Foutil de base

Remove Quick Release Connector 32 together with Connector 31 and Seals 33 with suitable spanner Remove Screw 19 using a suitable Allen Key and remove Silencer Cover 16 Foam Silencer 15 Spacer 18 and Retaining Plate 20 Using a screwdriver carefully remove internal Retaining Ring 14 Clean and inspect groove for sign of damage Using Extractor insert male threaded end into End Cover 12 and withdraw it along with O Ring 13 Insert Rod through the connector orifice at the front of the Body Assembly 8 and tap out Piston Rod 9 together with Air Piston Spacer 26 O Ring 28 Air Piston 11 O Ring 10 and Nut 17 Remove Seal Plug 7 with spanner Insert Rod through connector orifice at the front of the Body Assembly 8 and push out Seal Housing 5 and associated O rings and lip seals Remove Valve Housing Assembly 34 from the main body with a suitable spanner Clean by blowing through with a low pressure air jet Remove Piston Rod 9 from Air Piston 11 by gripping the first 20 mm 3 4 of the rod in a vice fitted with soft jaws taking care not to damage or mark the working surface Unscrew locking Nut 17 with a suitable spanner Assemble in the reverse order of dismantling observing the following Clean all parts and renew all O rings Lubricate all seals using Moly Lithium grease Valve Housing Assembly 34 must be refitted using a thread sealing adhesive Assemble the Piston Assembly using a new Nut 17 End Co
