BOMBAS DE VACIO VACUUM PUMPS POMPES A VIDE MANUAL DE INSTRUCCIONES OPERATION MANUAL MANUEL D UTILISATION Certificado ISO 9001 por 4 STAG S A C Luis I Nave 6 A2 Pol Ind Vallecas 28031 MADRID Spain 28 34 91 777 08 66 Fax 34 91 777 08 04 http www stagi com Email export stagi com MANUAL DE INSTRUCCIONES PARA LAS BOMBAS DE VACIO MODELOS ST 21 ST 22 ST 61 ST 62 Y ST 92 C La figura representa los modelos ST 61 62 92 En los mod ST 21 22 la valvula de purga B esta en la misma posicion pero en el lateral ANTES DE UTILIZAR LA BOMBA e Llene la bomba con aceite antes de arrancarla e Quite de la bomba el tap n del aceite A y llene el dep sito hasta la mitad del visor situado en el frontal con el aceite suministrado con al bomba Realice esta operaci n con cuidado para evitar derramar el aceite e Conecte la bomba a la corriente comprobando primero que la tensi n sea la correcta 220 Vac 50 60 Hz Monofasica e Quite el tapon D situado en el racor de entrada de la bomba en el modelo ST 92 abra tambi n la llave e Pulse el interruptor C on off para arrancar la bomba e Compruebe en el visor el nivel correcto de aceite y a ada si fuera necesario El nivel correcto de aceite esta situado en el centro del visor con la bomba en marcha e Coloque de nuevo el tap n del aceite el tap n D y pare la bomba Ahora la bomba est lista para ser utilizada _ b4 STAG S A C Lu2. 11. is I Nave 6 A2 Pol Ind Vallecas 28031 MADRID Spain 28 34 91 777 08 66 Fax 34 91 777 08 04 http www stagi com Email export stagi com UTILIZACION DE LA BOMBA Antes de hacer el vac o en un sistema compruebe que este no tenga fugas y aseg rese que no contiene refrigerante alguno el refrigerante ha sido recuperado o el sistema esta totalmente vac o Para realizar el vac o Quite el tap n D y conecte con una manguera entre el racor de entrada y la v lvula de servicio del sistema a ser evacuado Abra la v lvula del sistema para dejar paso libre a la aspiraci n Ponga la bomba en marcha pulsando el interruptor C Despu s de 1 o 2 minutos abra la v lvula de purga B durante unos segundos para purgar la c mara de aspiraci n esto incrementar el vac o total obtenido en el sistema Mantenga la bomba en marcha durante el tiempo recomendado por el fabricante del sistema Una vez realizado el vac o e Cierre la v lvula del sistema e Pare la bomba pulsando el interruptor e Desconecte la manguera entre la bomba el sistema e Arranque de nuevo la bomba sin estar conectada al sistema y con el tap n D quitado durante 10 segundos para dejarla preparada para la pr xima vez que se utilice e Pare la bomba y coloque el tap n D MANTENIMIENTO e Compruebe peri dicamente el nivel del aceite y rellene en caso necesario e Cambie el aceite cada 50 horas de trabajo o al menos una vez al a o e U

17. uve dans la connexion d entr e de la pompe pour le mod le ST 92 ouvrir aussi le robinet Appuyer sur l interrupteur on off pour la mettre en marche V rifier le niveau d huile dans le viseur et en ajouter si necessaire Le niveau d huile conseill est celui qui se situe dans le centre du viseur quand la pompe est en marche Placer nouveau le couvercle d huile et le couvercle D teignez la pompe La pompe est pr te pour son utilisation PROC DURE DE FONCTIONNEMENT Avant le d marrage de n importe quel syst me s assurer qu il n yait ni fuites ni de gas refrigerant le gas refrig rant a t recuper ou le syst me est compl t ment vide Pour obtenir l aspiration de l air Retirer le couvercle D et brancher la connexion d entr e au syst me vacuer avec un tuyeau Ouvrir la valve du syst me afin de laisser passer l aspiration D marrer la pompe en appuyant sur l int rrupteur C Apr s 1 ou 2 minutes ouvrir la valve de purge B pendant quelques secondes afin de purger la chambre d aspiration Ceci permettra d augmenter le vide total dans le syst me Laisser la pompe en fonctionnement pendant la dur e reccomand par le fabricant du syst me Apres l aspiration Fermer la valve du syst me Arr ter la pompe en appuyant sur l interrupteur C Retirer le tuyeau entre la pompe et le syst me Red marrer la pompe sans tre connect e au syst me et sans le couvercle D pendant 10 secondes afin
