T STRAPS Use the straps with the S hook for the top section of the stand Lower the seat and check to see if the seat is level Lower the platform Check again to confirm that the seat is level Confirm that all treestand contact points are in contact with the tree prior to stepping on your treestand With your climbing belt still attached you can now step onto the platform Page 2 of 13 O tdoors Cobra and King Cobra Model TS COB 04 amp TS KCO 05 8 DO NOT jump on the platform to test Simply note if the stand is secure or sliding down the tree when weight is applied If the stand slides then step off and repeat steps 1 5 above 9 Once the stand is secured to the tree then the tree strap supplied with your stand can be attached to the tree 10 Attach the tree strap through the harness tether per the manufacturer s instructions then thread the strap around the tree and through the buckle NOTE the tree strap should be attached at a height to allow sitting comfortably on the tree stand seat There should be minimal slack in the tether when the hunter is seated on stand Excess slack in the tether could result in serious injury or death if a fall occurs 11 Never allow the tether strap to become wrapped around your neck or become hooked under your chin 12 Once the tree strap is properly secured to the tether and tree the climbing belt can be removed 13 When climbing down from the stand reverse the above pr

17. oop located on the vertical straps on the front of the Full Body Harness Take the manual locking snap hook end of climbing belt and feed it through the loop end you have fed through the sewn loop Pull it tightly forming a slip knot SEE FIGURE 10 3 Adjust the climbing belt adjustment slide only enough so it will wrap around tree and allow you room to move freely Attach the manual locking snap hook to opposite sewn loop on front of harness and screw into lock position SEE FIGURE 11A AND 11B 4 At ground level position climbing belt at about chest level on backside of tree and slowly lean backward to make sure everything is attached correctly Once you are sure the entire Full Body Harness FAS and climbing belt is attached correctly you may proceed to climb up As you climb the tree you will need to lean forward toward the tree to take weight off the climbing belt so that you can reposition it at a higher level It is necessary to repeat this action until you have reached your designed hunting height 5 When you reach the height of your stand platform DO NOT UNHOOK YOUR CLIMBING BELT you must attach the harness tether to the tree above the treestand using the provided tree belt Wrap the tree belt through the loop end of the tether and around tree Take the tail end of the tree belt and feed it through the 2 adjustment slides on tree belt SEE FIGURE 12 Pull the tail of tree belt tight Once this is secure unhook your climbing belt and c
