Dann das gesamte Nitinolgeflecht wie in Abb 5 gezeigt nachschieben Das Entfernen von Verunreinigungen vom Nitinolgeflecht mit den Fingern darf immer nur in L ngsrichtung erfolgen niemals in Querrichtung also nicht rund um den Reinigungsschlauch herum da sonst das empfindliche Nitinolgeflecht besch digt werden kann i H u 5 1 Abb 5 Aufbringen des Nitinolgeflechts auf den Reinigungsschlauch 5 Wenn das Nitinolgeflecht v llig sauber ist wird es vorsichtig vom unteren offenen Ende her ohne Druck mit Daumen und einem Finger wieder vom Reinigungsschlauch nach oben heruntergeschoben siehe Abb 6 Bitte ziehen Sie nicht am verschlossenen Ende oder Clipverschluss des Nitinolgeflechts da sich das Geflecht aufgrund seiner Konstruktion in dem Fall zusammenzieht und nicht vom Reinigungsschlauch abziehen l sst a gt Abb 6 Herunterschieben des Nitinolgeflechts vom Reinigungsschlauch 6 Danach wird das Nitinolgeflecht mit dem Reinigungsspray Prontosan Wound Spray eingespr ht Das Spray eine Minute einwirken lassen dann das Nitinolgeflecht nochmals unter flie endem handwarmem Trinkwasser absp len erneut mit dem Reinigungsspray einspr hen und trocknen lassen 7 Der Reinigungsschlauch und der Pusher werden ebenfalls unter flie endem handwarmem Wasser abgesp lt mit dem Reinigungsspray Prontosan Wound Spray eingespr ht das eine Minute einwirken muss und dann trocknen gelassen2. afgevoerd 32 Nederlands

De inhoudsstoffen beschikken over een uitstekende slijmhuidtolerantie en een zeer breed therapeutisch spectrum Nederlands 31 4 5 Bewaren van de AlaxoStent 1 2 Bewaar het opgedroogde nitinolvlechtwerk niet in de invoerslang om het niet onnodig aan drukbelasting bloot te stellen Na de reiniging en het drogen kunt de onderdelen van de AlaxoStent in de AlaxoStent Box opbergen en tot het volgende gebruik bewaren De AlaxoStent Set mag niet in direct zonlicht en bij temperaturen onder 4 C resp boven 50 C worden bewaard 4 6 Gebruiksduur 1 Het nitinolvlechtwerk mag na het eerste gebruik max 12 maanden lang s nachts worden gebruikt 2 Na be indiging van de gebruiksduur bestaat een verhoogd risico dat een van de nitinoldraden door materiaalslijtage breekt Daarom is gebruik niet meer toegestaan 3 Het nitinolvlechtwerk moet voor elk gebruik op beschadigingen worden gecontroleerd Als er een draadbreuk is opgetreden mag het nitinolvlechtwerk eveneens niet meer worden gebruikt De controle geschiedt het eenvoudigst op de reinigingsslang tijdens het reinigingsproces A De pusher de invoerslang de reinigingsslang en de reinigingsspray Prontosan Wound Spray mogen na het eerste gebruik 12 maanden lang worden gebruikt 5 Na afloop van de eerdergenoemde gebruikstermijnen moet een nieuwe AlaxoStent Set worden ingezet 5 Afvoer De AlaxoStent Set en de reinigingsspray Prontosan Wound Spray kunnen via het huisvuil worden

11. kann schlafen gehen 8 Durch die Aufstellkraft des Nitinolgeflechts wird der Rachenraum offen gehalten und so ein Verschluss des Atemwegs verhindert Es kann zu patientenspezifischen Unterschieden in der Wirksamkeit der Offenhaltung kommen 4 3 Herausnehmen des AlaxoStent Nach dem Schlafen wird das Fixierpflaster abgel st und das Nitinolgeflecht vorsichtig aus der Nase und dem Rachenraum herausgezogen 4 4 Reinigung des AlaxoStent 1 Nach dem Herausziehen aus der Nase wird der Einf hrschlauch unter flie endem handwarmem nicht hei em Trinkwasser abgesp lt bis aller evtl anhaftender Schleim entfernt ist 2 Der Einf hrschlauch wird u erlich mit dem Reinigungsspray Prontosan Wound Spray eingespr ht In das Ende des Einf hrschlauchs wird ebenfalls Reinigungsspray hineingespr ht Das Reinigungsspray eine Minute einwirken lassen und dann den Einf hrschlauch trocknen lassen 3 Das Nitinolgeflecht wird unmittelbar nach dem Herausziehen aus der Nase unter flie endem handwarmem nicht hei em Trinkwasser abgesp lt bis der evtl anhaftende Schleim weitestgehend entfernt ist 4 Das Nitinolgeflecht wird ber den Reinigungsschlauch 4 geschoben und evtl darauf verbliebene Verunreinigungen vorsichtig unter flieBendem handwarmem Trinkwasser mit den Fingern entfernt Zum Aufbringen auf den Reinigungsschlauch wird das offene Ende des Nitinolgeflechts vorsichtig ber ein Ende des Reinigungsschlauchs geschoben nicht ziehen

13. naso e aderisce alla parete faringea nello spazio faringeo Una volta rimosso il tubo di inserzione staccare la chiusura a clip in modo da scollegare il spingitore dalla rete in nitinol L AlaxoStent si trova quindi in posizione di utilizzo vedere Fig 4 La pulizia del tubo di inserzione illustrata al paragrafo 4 4 Per assicurare la posizione di AlaxoStent nello spazio faringeo l estremit della rete in nitinol che pende fuori dal naso viene incollato attraverso il cerotto di fissagio sul labbro superiore o sulla guancia E importante da notare che il cerotto di fissagio sia bene aderito sulla rete in nitinol L applicazione di AlaxoStent cos terminata e il paziente pu andare a dormire 24 Us 8 Grazie all azione della rete in nitinol lo spazio faringeo rimane aperto impedendo cosi l occlusione della via respiratoria L efficacia dell apertura dello spazio faringeo pu essere differente da paziente a paziente 4 3 Rimozione di AlaxoStent Dopo il risveglio riscattare il cerotto di fissagio ed estrarre dal naso e dallo spazio faringeo la rete in nitinol con cautela 4 4 Pulizia di AlaxoStent 1 Dopo averlo estratto dal naso sciacquare il tubo di inserzione sotto acqua potabile corrente tiepida non molto calda e rimuovere completamente gli eventuali residui di muco 2 Spruzzare esternamente sul tubo di inserzione lo spray detergente Prontosan Wound Spray e anche sulla parte terminale del tubo stess
14. terminer si l AlaxoStent est un traitement appropri au patient Le m decin doit s assurer que les narines du patient sont adapt es l introduction d un AlaxoStent Le m decin dira au patient laquelle des narines droite ou gauche est la mieux adapt e pour l introduction de l AlaxoStent e Pour les patients qui pr sentent des pathologies pulmonaires un bilan chez un pneumologue est n cessaire afin de d terminer si le traitement est adapt e L AlaxoStent ne doit tre utilis que par un seul patient e L AlaxoStent est destin un usage r p t allant jusqu 18 heures par utilisation e L AlaxoStent est destin aux patients de plus de 18 ans e L AlaxoStent n est pas destin maintenir une personne en vie en cas d urgence 2 2 Contre indications Dans certaines conditions l AlaxoStent doit tre utilis avec prudence La d cision d entreprendre un traitement avec l AlaxoStent incombe au m decin traitant e L AlaxoStent ne doit pas tre utilis si la morphologie des narines ne le permet pas en particulier si des probl mes peuvent survenir lors de l introduction de l AlaxoStent ou en cas de Syndrome du nez vide Les patients qui pr sentent un trou au niveau du cloison nasale ou d autres anomalies anatomiques semblables ventuellement ne peuvent pas utiliser l AlaxoStent e L AlaxoStent n est pas adapt au traitement des apn es centrales e L AlaxoStent ne doit pas tre utilis chez les personnes pr sent
15. toujours s effectuer dans le sens de la longueur jamais dans le sens transversal c d pas autour du tuyau de nettoyage ce qui pourrait endommager le treillis fragile 5 1 5 Mettre le treillis de nitinol sur le tuyau de nettoyage Lorsque le treillis de nitinol est compl tement propre il est lentement retir du tuyau de nettoyage en partant de l extr mit inf rieure ouverte sans pression en le tenant entre le pouce et l index voir fig 6 Veillez a ne pas tirer sur l extr mit ferm e ou sur le clip de fermeture du treillis de nitinol car dans ce cas et en raison du mode de construction le treillis se retrouve comprim et ne peut ainsi tre retir du tuyau de nettoyage A gt 6 Retrait du treillis de nitinol du tuyau de nettoyage Ensuite asperger le treillis de nitinol avec le spray nettoyant Prontosan Wound Spray Laisser agir le spray pendant une minute puis rincer le treillis de nitinol encore une fois l eau ti de courant appliquer nouveau le spray nettoyant et laisser s cher Le tuyau de nettoyage et le poussoir sont aussi rinc s l eau ti de courant Appliquer ensuite le spray nettoyant Prontosan Wound Spray laisser agir une minute et laisser s cher La procedure de nettoyage en trois tapes agit d sinfectante pour AlaxoStent Le rin age intensif permet d liminer efficacement les souillures Le spray nettoyant 0 1 polyhexanide 0 1 betaine Pront
