1. instrument est livr pr t l emploi Si le liquide est pr lev depuis un flacon ouvert intro duire le suceur 24 ou la canule d aspiration 26 l ex tr mit du tuyau 23 et le plonger dans le liquide fig 3 Lorsque le liquide est contenu dans une bouteille st ri le avec fermeture membrane piquer la membrane avec la canule d a ration 25 coupl e un filtre st rile Puis connecter la canule d aspiration st rilis e 26 au tuyau d aspiration et percer la membrane du bouchon R glage du volume Desserrer le curseur 4 et tourner la douille 3 afin d aligner le bord du piston sur la graduation du cylin dre Resserrer le curseur 4 pour viter tout change ment inopin du volume pendant le travail Purge Activer le piston jusqu ce que le liquide emplisse compl tement le syst me canule vers le haut Pour une purge efficace r gler la seringue de petite capacit sur son volume maximal Aucune bulle d air ne doit tre visible dans le cylindre en verre Distribution Placer une canule de distribution sur l embout Luer Lock et presser la b quille pour distribuer le liquide Le ressort du piston et le syst me de soupape trois voies garantissent le remplissage automatique imm diat de la dose suivante Le diam tre de la canule de distri bution doit tre en rapport avec le volume distribu Un diam tre trop petit augmente la force et le temps de distribution et peut modifier les perfor2.
