4. service le robinet thermostatique et la tuyauterie peuvent devenir tr s chauds Porter des gants protecteurs ou mettre l installation de chauffage hors service lors du d montage du thermostat 1 Extraire la pastille frontale illustr 1 tra vers l encoche de la poign e manuelle l aide d un outil ad quat par ex tournevis 2 Tourner le thermostat vers la gauche jusqu la but e 5 l aide de la cl de r glage r f 101 14 97 par le per age frontal illustr 2 8 Tourner le marquage en relief dans la zone de raccordement de la poign e manuelle jusqu ce qu il se trouve dans la m me position que la nervure de crou de serrage marquage en face de la nervure Poign e manuelle Illustr 8 Ecrou de serrage 4 Dans cette position desserrer la vis de fixation en la tournant vers la gauche l aide de la cl six pans cl de 2 5 travers le per age lat ral dans la zone de raccordement de la poign e manuelle Illustr 9 Sous r serve de modifications techniques 101141081 04 2012 8 5 Avec la cl six pans introduite d vis ser le thermostat du robinet en tournant la poign e manuelle vers la gauche 8 Elimination l ATTENTION Lors de l limination du thermostat celui ci ne doit pas tre d truit afin d viter un chappement du liquide contenu dans le bulbe Les thermostats n cessitent un recyc
5. at par une entreprise de chauffage qualifi e AVERTISSEMENT En pleine p riode de service le robi net thermostatique et la tuyauterie peuvent devenir tr s chauds et peu vent causer des br lures graves Por ter des gants protecteurs ou mettre l installation de chauffage hors ser vice lors du montage du thermostat l ATTENTION Ne monter le thermostat qu apr s avoir termin les travaux de construction afin d viter un endom magement du thermostat 1 Extraire la pastille frontale travers l en coche de la poign e manuelle l aide d un outil ad quat par ex tournevis Ilustr 1 2 Tourner le thermostat vers la gauche jusqu la but e 5 l aide de la cl de r glage r f 101 14 97 par le per age frontal Illustr 2 3 Monter le thermostat sur le robinet en le tournant vers la droite En m me temps tourner le thermostat complet la main jusqu ce que l crou de serrage soit en contact avec la surface de contact du robinet Visser encore la poign e manuelle contre la r sistance lev e jusqu ce que le marquage en relief dans la zone de raccordement de la poi gn e manuelle soit en face de la nervure de l crou de serrage illustr 8 Illustr 3 4 Introduire une cl six pans cl de 2 5 dans la vis de fixation travers le per age lat ral dans la zone de raccorde ment de la poign e ma

10. rn the complete ther mostat by hand until the collar nut touches the contact surface of the valve Keep turning the handwheel against the increased resistance until the raised marking in the connection area of the handwheel is in line with the groove of the collar nut illustr 8 Ilustr 3 4 Introduce a 2 5 mm spanner through the lateral bore in the connection area of the handwheel into the safety screw Hand tighten the thermostat firmly with the spanner remaining inside the bore Illustr 4 5 Now tighten the safety screw by turning the 2 5 mm spanner clockwise Illustr 5 6 Finally set thermostat to the required room temperature with the help of the setting key and push in the cover disc Illustr 6 H note Now the handwheel can be turned with out changing the set temperature 6 Temperature setting 1 Using a suitable tool e g small screw driver pull out front cover disc illustr 1 through the opening at the handwheel 2 Using the setting key item no 101 14 97 turn the setting screw until the corre sponding setting figure or a minor gradu ation is visible in the viewer illustr 2 Setting ranges from the frost protection symbol to setting figure 5 The markings between figure 2 and 4 represent a change of room temperature of 2 C LM about 28 C about 24 C e M abou
