Gebrauchsanweisung O 0483 FG Instrumente Bitte diese Gebrauchsanweisung vor dem Produkteinsatz ausf hrlich lesen F r Sch den die durch Nichtbeachtung dieser Gebrauchsanweisung entstehen lehnt der Hersteller jede Haftung ab 1 Produktbeschreibung Die FG Instrumente dienen im Rahmen der zahn rztlichen Pr parationstechnik zum Substanzabtrag von Zahnschmelz und Dentin Hierbei kann es sich sowohl um eine Kronenstumpfpr paration als auch um eine Kavit tenpr paration handeln Desweiteren lassen sich die FG Instrumente zur mechanischen Bear beitung von Kunststoffen Edelmetallen oder sonstigen im Mund befindlichen Werkstoffen einsetzen F r die unterschiedliche Anwendung bzw fiir die Anwendungsbreite sind die Instrumente nach der ISO Norm diamantiert 2 Indikation Zum Substanzabtrag von Zahnschmelz und Dentin sowie von s mtlichen im Mund befindlichen Materialien 3 Kontraindikation Nach gegenw rtigem Kenntnisstand sind keine Kontraindikationen bekannt 4 Gefahren und Sicherheitshinweise Beim Einsatz von rotierenden FG Instrumenten innerhalb und au erhalb der Mundh hle eine Schutzbrille und einen Mundschutz tragen 5 Lagerungs und Haltbarkeitshinweise Lagerung Die FG Instrumente trocken und bei Zimmertemperatur lagern Haltbarkeit Es besteht kein Verfalldatum 6 Anwendung 6 1 Reinigung Vor Erstgebrauch das Instrument reinigen siehe Punkt 6 3 6 2 Bedienung Die FG Instrumente unter Ber2. cksichtigung der Einsatzbereiche und Gefahren hinweise bedienen Eine sachgerechte Handhabung der n tigen Antriebsger te wird vorausgesetzt Folgende Drehzahlen werden f r die FG Instrumente bei mittlerer Anpresskraft zwischen 0 2 N und 2 N und einer Spraydurchflussmenge von mindestens 50 ml min empfohlen U min 150 000 75 000 110 000 55 000 85 000 30 000 024 027 75 000 30 000 033 055 45 000 18 000 6 3 Pflege Desinfektion Reinigung und Sterilisation Achtung Sterilisation ist kein Ersatz f r Sauberkeit Die Instrumente nach dem Gebrauch in ein Bohrerbad mit geeigneter Desinfek tions und Reinigungsfl ssigkeit legen Anschlie end die Instrumente manuell unter flie endem Wasser bzw im Ultraschallbad oder im Thermodesinfektor reinigen Nach Beendigung des Reinigungsverfahrens die Instrumente sofort mit einem weichen Textiltuch oder der Druckluftpistole trocknen Nach der Desinfektion und Reinigung die Instru mente im Autoklaven Chemieklaven oder im HeiBluftsterilisator sterilisieren Die Instrumente vor der Sterilisation in ein keimdichtes sterilisationsgerechtes Beh ltnis oder eine sterilisationsgerechte Folie geben Nach der Sterilisation die nstrumente in dem Beh ltnis oder der Folie trocken und staubfrei lagern Desinfektions und Reinigungsfl ssigkeiten f r rotierende Instrumente nach Empfehlung der Deutschen Gesellschaft f r Hygiene und Mikrobiologie DGHM im Dental Vademekum DDV Gebr Brasseler Braun M
