D EMPLOI Chap 3 3 1 ALIMENTATION DE L INSTRUMENT METALLA PRO fonctionne avec 2 batteries Alcalines format AA de 1 5 Volts L instrument est en mesure d avertir l op rateur lorsque les batteries sont sur le point de se d charger compl tement en allumant sur l afficheur l ic ne correspondante H 1 De plus si la charge des batteries est insuffisante pour garantir un bon fonctionnement l instrument s teint automatiquement 3 2 PRECAUTIONS POUR L UTILISATION DES BATTERIES N utilisez jamais des batteries de type diff rent et au diff rent tat d usage Si vous pensez ne pas utiliser METALLA PRO pendant un certain temps souvenez vous de toujours retirer les batteries Le gras pourrait causer un mauvais contact lectrique avec les batteries Par cons quent nettoyez toujours avec soin les points de contact avant d ins rer les batteries 3 3 REMPLACEMENT DES BATTERIES Pour remplacer les batteries proc dez de la mani re suivante Retirez le couvercle du compartiment batteries en suivant la direction indiqu e sur le couvercle m me Enlevez les batteries us es et remplacez les par des batteries neuves ATTENTION Ins rez les batteries en faisant attention la polarit en suivant les indications illustr es sur la figure ci dessous et sur l tiquette situ e l arri re de l instrument Refermez le couvercle en exer ant une l g re pression sur les batteries plac es dans leur compartiment Fig 2

D EMPLOI Chap 3 3 7 5 RECHERCHE Pour effectuer correctement la recherche tenez l antenne de l instrument parall le au plan devant tre inspect une distance de 3 5 mm METALLA PRO permet de rechercher et d afficher en m me temps la pr sence des m taux et ou des champs lectriques en utilisant une barre gradu e pour chaque type de recherche une barre lin aire pour la Recherche des M taux et une barre circulaire pour la Recherche des C bles lectriques RECHERCHE SELECTIVE D UNE LIGNE ELECTRIQUE Pour effectuer la recherche d une ligne lectrique semblable celle qui est indiqu e dans l exemple op rez de la mani re suivante Pour localiser la ligne comprise entre l ampoule et l interrupteur ou entre l interrupteur et la boite de d rivation agissez sur l interrupteur pour allumer la lampe Pour localiser la ligne comprise entre la boite de d rivation et la prise de courant appliquez une charge active la prise IMPORTANT Ces deux op rations ont une importance primordiale car METALLA PRO n est en mesure de d tecter les lignes lectriques qu en pr sence de passage de courant en allumant l ampoule et en appliquant une charge active la prise il y a passage de courant Pour relever le parcours exact des lignes lectriques sous cannelure sondez le mur de haut en bas et de gauche droite en suivant une grille imaginaire METALLA PRO indique sur la barre gradu e circulaire l identification de la ligne l
