4. 0 3000 Portable Air Filtration System Manual 2015 AMAIRCARE LIMITED WARRANTY Americair Corporation warrants Amaircare HEPA Air Filtration Systems to the original retail purchaser as follows 1 The motor fan part is warranted for five 5 years from the date of purchase under the following conditions 2 All other component parts except filters are warranted for one 1 year from the date of purchase under the following conditions i The Amaircare HEPA Air Filtration System has failed under normal use due to defects in material or workmanship ii The Amaircare HEPA Air Filtration System has been operated according to the manufacturers recommendations iii The Amaircare HEPA Air Filtration System has been operated in compliance with the voltages specified on the product iv An authorized Amaircare dealer or a service provider agreed upon by both the consumer and the manufacturer has performed an inspection v There have been no attempts to modify the Amaircare HEPA Air Filtration System from its original condition Actions contrary to the above will void the Amaircare warranty Amaircare HEPA Air Filtration Systems that have qualified for warranty and met all of the above conditions will at the discretion of the manufacturer have the failing components repaired or replaced or at the option of the manufacturer be replaced with a new system MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM The consumer may make a warranty claim by contacting the any au
5. 22 screws Once all E five screws are out remove the metal Cover Pre filter 1 Lift the complete filter cartridge assembly from the unit Remove and discard the carbon prefilter 2 Wrap the new prefilter around the HEPA cartridge completely enclosing it Use the 3 butterfly clips provided to hold the filter securely around the HEPA cartridge 3 Put the filter cartridge back in the unit HEPA filter 1 Remove and carefully discard the old HEPA cartridge 2 Insert a new HEPA cartridge complete with new Pre filter and V O C Blanket or V O C Canister 3 Place a new O ring seal in the outer groove in the top of the HEPA cartridge HEPA Filter Replacement As the HEPAfilter captures particulates it will darken over time Replace the HEPA filter when it darkens to example D A New B Used C Used D Replace OOO V O C Blanket 1 Fold the ends of the old V O C Blanket in and remove it from the unit 2 Insert the new V O C Blanket inside the HEPA filter with amp the edges overlapped by amp at least one inch Once it is in position press the V 0 C Blanket tightly against the inner screen until the ends butt together V O C Canister OPTIONAL The V O C Canister is used in place of the Inner Blanket 1 Carefully slide the V O C Canister into the HEPA filter Do not drop it as it is heavy and may damage the unit Closing the cabinet 1 Position the top cover o
