Neu Packu update 21 01 08 21 01 2008 12 06 RE Seite 1 Lab Gebrauchsanweisung U LAB Schnelltest zur Erkennung von Nitrit und Leukozyten im Urin Dieser Test ist ein In vitro Diagnostikum zur Anwendung durch Laien ZUSAMMENFASSUNG UND ERKL RUNG DES TESTS U Lab ist ein Screening Test zur Fr herkennung von Harnwegsinfektionen f r Risikogruppen Der Test ist nichtinvasiv und einfach in der Anwendung Die Testkammer der Testkarte enthalt Trockenchemie Reaktionsstreifen f r Nitrit Leukozyten und f r eine gen gende Urinprobenaufnahme Bei pathologischem Befund positiver Test andert sich die Farbe im entsprechenden Testfeld Die resultierenden Farbt ne erlauben die Beurteilung eines Ergebnisses positiv oder negativ f r Nitrit und Leukozyten im Urin TESTPRINZIP Nitrit Der Test l sst indirekt den R ckschluss auf die Anwesenheit von Bakterien zu die das Nitrat im Urin welches dort normalerweise vorkommt zu Nitrit ver stoffwechseln Das Testfeld f r Nitrit ist mit Amin und einem Kupplungsreagent impr gniert Falls im Urin Nitrit vorhanden ist wird das Amin im Teststreifen ver braucht und die Kopplungsreaktion erzeugt eine Rosaf rbung Leukozyten Die in den Urin ausgetretenen Leukozyten sind fast ausschliesslich Granulozyten deren Esteraseaktivit t im Testfeld bestimmt wird Das Leukozyten testfeld enth lt einen Indoxylester und ein Diazoniumsalz Die Granulozyteneste rase spaltet den Ester und das daraus resu2. di glucosio o un peso specifico elevato possono diminuire la risposta cromatica VALORI ATTESI Nitriti Questo test risponde a livelli di nitriti nelle urine da 0 05 a 0 1 mg dl svi luppando un colore rosa Normalmente nessun nitrite rilevabile nell urina e per ci ogni risultato positivo da intendersi come indicativo di un infezione delle vie urinarie di origine batterica Peraltro un risultato negativo non esclude un infezio ne delle vie urinarie Leucociti La normale urina spesso contiene da 0 a 2 leucociti per microlitro di urina La sensibilit pratica di questo test di 10 20 leucociti per microlitro di urina La citolisi parziale intensifica la risposta di colore particolarmente nella regione di massima sensibilit analitica AVVERTIMENTI E PRECAUZIONI 1 Tutte le cartine inutilizzate devono rimanere nella loro confezione originale 2 Non aprire la confezione originale se non si utilizza la cartina test immediata mente MODALITA DI CONSERVAZIONE Conservare la confezione tra 2 C e 25 C al riparo dall umidit La data di scaden za si riferisce al prodotto in confezionamento integro e correttamente conservato dichiarato esclusivamente per uso C 0483 Conforme diagnostico in vitro REF Numero di M data di confezio Q dispositivo monouso articolo namento conservare in luogo asciutto a temperatura 2 25 C numero di lotto li leggere il foglietto illustrativo bo data di s
