D UTILISATION SABAsorb est pr vu pour l adaptation et ou la ligature de tissus mous y compris en ophtalmologie dans l anastomo se de nerfs p riph riques et en microchirurgie pour des vaisseaux de moins de 2 mm de diam tre UTILISATION Le mat riel de suture utiliser doit tre choisi en fonction de l tat du patient et de la taille de la plaie COMPORTEMENT DU MATERIAU Le mat riel de suture d clenche une r action initiale d in flammation du tissu et s incarne ensuite dans le tissu nerveux fibreux La r sorption du mat riel de suture PGA se fait par hydrolyse scission par r action avec l eau Environ deux semaines apr s l intervention la r sistance du fil la rupture est peu pr s de 65 de la valeur initiale Au bout de 60 90 jours la r sorption est grandement achev e 3 CONTRE INDICATIONS SABAsorb ne convient pas pour une utilisation cardiova sculaire ni pour un emploi dans le tissu neural En outre il ne doit pas tre utilis pour l adaptation de parties tendue de tissu sous effort de traction Il ne faut pas utiliser SABAsorb chez des patients pr sen tant une hypersensibilit ou une r action allergique connue ses composants 4 MISES EN GARDE PARTICULI RES SABAsorb est destin un usage unique Il ne faut jamais rest riliser les aiguilles Une r utilisation peut entra ner de graves infections du patient voire des infections mortelles Conform ment aux dispositions l
