6. eaded Tighten the right cup with a special tool Tightening torque 500 700kgf cm 50 70N m Make sure the cup is threaded completely against the BB shell If there is any clearance between the cup flange and the BB shell the cup will become loose Place the bearing retainer in the right cup and then install the water sheath into the BB shell Be sure to orient the bearing retainer in a correct direction Insert the axle while making sure to face the letters to a direction as shown in the illustration Before inserting check whether there is no dust in the cup or on the bearing Be sure to orient the axle in a correct direction Thread the left cup normal threaded onto the BB shell by fingers While rotating the axle with a special tool tighten the cup until no thrust horizontal play is felt and the axle rotation feels a little tight Grease the threads of the lockring and thread it onto the left cup with a BB spanner while holding the left cup firmly in place with a pin spanner so that it won t turn with the lockring Tightening torque 350 500kgf cm 35 5ON m Make sure the cup is threaded completely against the BB shell If there is any clearance between the cup flange and the BB shell the cup will become loose B B spanner Check for rotation Pinepaner Check for play by moving the axle up and down and pushing pulling it in the axis direction If it rattles check your ad
